### "An Outstanding Social Posting tool - Save your time now "

March 4, 2021

5.0

I love this product because it save my lot of time to scheduling the social posts on many channels by a single platform. it really helps me during when I run any contest and promotional / real time post there i need to keep post active on time.

Pros

I like the most of it time schedule with many of social channels at one time. it also allows me to add the post images and details one time and it adds in multiple channels automatically.

Cons

Sometime it stuck on the time of low connectivity or might be some system error.... so due to this the post has been stopped and it didn't post on social channels. It happens only 1-2 time in a month. I hope it will be fix soon.

### "Focussing Attention"

September 14, 2020

5.0

I am very happy with Buffer. A couple of times it has failed to post, and there is always an explanatory message when I return to the page. This does not spoil my willingness to recommend it -- and I have done, many times.

Pros

Buffer frees me up to spend a concentrated time loading tweets for a whole week, and then never stress about my Twitter feed. My tweets are better because I am able to get into the zone, creating them for specific days and dates and synchronizing them to events I want to publicize.

Cons

It took me a few tries to fully understand how to avoid the "post now" button. I am a child of the pre-computer age, and learning comes with experience. There were days when loading 14 tweets for future posts meant I needed to create 16 or so. My followers got bonus content at unexpected moments.

### "One of the Best SMM Tools"

September 8, 2018

4.0

Pros

Buffer is extremely easy to setup, so you can be up and running in no time. Another massive plus is the share extension for Google Chrome and Safari. It's fast and makes adding content for curation a breeze. One more big win is the RSS feed integration for setting up a review queue.

Cons

I ended up leaving Buffer because of the pricing structure for plans. Even though Buffer is a great value, they have work to do in the pricing strategy as it jumps considerably between packages.

Hi, John, thank you for the kind review and honest feedback. We have heard feedback from many customers that the increase from the Pro plan to the Small Business plan is too huge and are in the process of re-thinking and improving our pricing structure (perhaps such as introducing flexible pricing). Thank you for giving Buffer a go, and I hope we'll have a more suitable pricing for you in the future.

### "Buffer is a Solid Bargain Option"

May 15, 2024

3.0

Buffer has been good to me, but I think I may have outgrown it. I'm sticking with it for now, as I'm grandfathered in but I find myself posting manually more often than not.

Pros

Buffer was the first scheduling app that really stuck with me and I like the overall culture of their company, transparency, etc. For a while it was great for scheduling.

Cons

Over time, the cons have piled up. Instagram functionality has not kept up with what's offered on the app (collaborator tagging, etc) so posting requires semi-automated workarounds vs full automation.

### "the best solution for keeping your social accounts active even when you aren't on that often "

September 7, 2022

4.0

Pros

I am a bit of a binge user of social media (on a lot one day and then maybe I don't sign on for a few weeks) so Buffer is a great solution for letting me queue things up to post over weeks to months so my account looks active even if I haven't signed in in a while

Cons

it's far too easy to post to the wrong account and I wish it was easier to teak and reuse old posts

### "Manage several social media account easily"

August 4, 2021

5.0

Pros

I have several social media account on the same social media company, and from the other company. Buffer let me to manage it all from this single location and it is really helpful as i don't have to login each of the account separately. There are many post automation that can be set in here to make my work easier.

Cons

The social media company keeps changing their layout and interface, which i have to pairing all of the account again. This has happen too often and many of my time is wasted trying to setting everything up back again. Buffer has a mobile version for the software, but it is nowhere as good as the desktop version.

### "Buffer: Social Distance Smartly"

December 30, 2020

4.0

My experience has been great with Buffer. While the bread and butter is undoubtedly its Publishing feature, I very much enjoy the recently added Engage functionality, where I can reply to comments on different platforms. That is a huge productivity gain! There are times I wish Buffer had more CRM-like features, but that would positively push the product to a whole different price tier.

Pros

With Buffer, I’m able to compose and publish on social media whenever most convenient. The quality of the posts has undoubtedly improved thanks to easier proofreading and far fewer typos. In addition, the ability to maintain a consistent social media presence and reach my audience at the most optimal time windows is a huge plus.

Cons

Not the fault of Buffer whatsoever but staying logged in on various social media platforms could be a challenge. Platforms like LinkedIn are notoriously fuzzing about reauthentication on a periodic basis.

### "My Experience as a Digital Marketing Officer Using Buffer"

November 3, 2023

4.0

My overall Buffer experience has been extremely positive and rewarding. Buffer has proven to be an invaluable tool in the daily tasks of our team, and it has been critical in maintaining a consistent brand image across our various social media platforms.

Pros

As a digital marketer, I've explored various social media tools, and Buffer stands out as a top choice for several reasons. What I liked best about Buffer was its comprehensive suite of features designed for effective social media management. It has become an essential component of my digital marketing toolkit, assisting me and my team in streamlining processes and implementing effective social media strategies for our B2C company.

Cons

My experience with Buffer has been extremely positive, but there is one area where I felt it could be improved. While Buffer's analytics provide valuable insights into post performance, the platform's analytics may lack some of the more advanced or in-depth features found in specialized analytics tools. Buffer's analytics may feel limited to marketers looking for highly detailed or granular data, such as myself.

### "Customer service is PHENOMENAL! "

April 30, 2018

5.0

The incredible customer support is something I'll sing from the rooftops over and over again. It's great knowing there are friendly humans available to make right whatever I did wrong. The amount of time it saves me to not manually post across my social media channels every day is HUGE.

Pros

I messed up big time when I first got buffer and ended up getting charged double. Completely my fault, but I FREAKED OUT. I was struggling financially and completely flipped out. The customer service was incredible - within an hour they'd sorted it all out (since I'm in a different time zone that's pretty amazing) and were so friendly even though I'd been a complete cow. Besides that - the functionality of the actual software is amazing. I love how my toolbar button lets me schedule great articles I come across all over the Web. The Instagram feature of finally being able to schedule and post without having to manually 'okay' it every time is great!

Cons

It would be great if they could 'loop' content for platforms like Pinterest where quantity is important. It's frustrating not being able to schedule the same thing more than once in a 4 week period.

### "Social sharing made easy"

July 3, 2018

5.0

If you have a website and would need to bring in traffic from all sources, Buffer is the way to go.

Pros

You can connect to different social media profiles, create and schedule posts in one central location. This makes my life much easier as I won't need to open the different social media websites one by one, paste/edit the copy and upload the image/video manually and yet have to worry about when is the best publication time for which media. Buffer does it all.

Cons

The price always keeps going up. I have experienced price hike for 3 times for their monthly fee. However, as Buffer is such an indispensable tool, I would still renew my subscription.

### "Easy to use social media management tool."

March 31, 2021

5.0

We like using Buffer, not sure if we'll switch to another platform in the recent future. It just simply does what it says - works well for managing and scheduling social media posts on different platforms.

Pros

Buffer is probably one of the easiest platforms to use as compared to the competitors. It was easy to sign up, connect out accounts and start using it within minutes.

Cons

Don't have any major problems so far, wish they had direct integration with Instagram like a few other tools have. And analytics is pretty basic at the moment, would be great if they can improve it in the future and provide more data.

### "Simple solution for keeping social active"

December 18, 2019

5.0

It's great for clients just starting out with social or who need an idiot-proof solution to schedule content across a bunch of social sites without much effort. I've suggested it to a ton of my clients when I was doing social media management, it makes it easy to keep the feeds full without too much of a headache. It's still got it's downsides, but so do most of the other ones out there.

Pros

I often recommend Buffer to clients as a simple way to keep social accounts active. I like the queue, and the chrome extension is a convenient way to easily add new articles and shares to your social feed without having to do much extra work. The feature where it adds hashtags on insta to a comment is really slick too. The free version gets a lot done and even the paid is a pretty good value for just posting to social.

Cons

I get a bit annoyed when it unpairs from my social accounts. I try to avoid notifications so this means my accounts can go dark for a few days until I notice that it hasn't been posting content to that site. The chrome extension can also be glitchy, where you have to reload the page to use it. It's also a bit lame that for any additional features it's a new paid thing, like analytics etc. It adds up fast for truly agile functionality.

### "A brilliant way to manage social media platforms"

September 22, 2020

5.0

It is brilliant. Infact it would have been more awesome if I would had known about it earlier. Earlier I used to burn a lot of time on different social media platforms. Now everything is smooth and I get my time to work on my games

Pros

Being a game developer,it is very important to be in touch with various different social media platforms for promoting your game. But when the size and resources are low, then one has to focus on both game development and promotion part. But here buffer comes to the rescue With the help of it , many different things can be done in few clicks. From posting to scheduling all the tasks,it made everything very easy. And the super best part:- it generates good results and even my other developer friends are satisfied with the result

Cons

1.) Cost:- the free version is not enough for me for my tasks. And it is quite expensive, especially when resources are low and you are an indie developer 2.) Confusing payment models:- there are lots of options available for purchase and initially it is quite tough to figure out which one suits you best Otherwise I have not faced any other serious issues

### "Best of the Best Social Media Management Platform"

March 28, 2019

5.0

I have been using Buffer from last 3 years within my organization and maintaining all social media profiles in it. Buffer is the best social media management platform as we can connect up to 8 social media profiles on it and can instantly share posts without leaving your accounts. I can easily schedule retweets on when to have them live on my social media accounts and also can custom schedule them during weekends. thanks a lot to this buffer to have this type of platform which helps us in delivering posts on time without delay and at a time on all social media platforms :)

Pros

The most I like in Buffer is: 1. Can connect up to 8 Social media Profiles all at one page 2. Can schedule retweets 3. Custom retweets 4. Overall analytics of each social media profiles 5. Can add all company pages too 6. Campaigns Scheduling

Cons

I don't think I had cons about buffer tool as I'm completely satisfied

### "A social media publishing and analytics platform trusted by community managers"

June 8, 2018

5.0

Pros

Buffer lets you schedule your social media posts ahead of time so as a company spread across different countries and timezones, it makes it very efficient for your social media team to be active during all times. We can integrate all of our the social media platforms Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Google Plus and schedule posts in different time zones. I like that they send you emails with Report Cards giving you an idea of what kinds of posts are getting hits and helping us understand deeper insights into post performances across all of our channels. Their chrome extension is great! Buffer is quick and easy to collaborate on for our team. It helps us get our job done so we are very happy!

Cons

We would love to have a stream for social listening so we can monitor various hashtags, see what our audience is talking about and look at what our competitors are doing.

### "Makes the Job Easier"

February 20, 2023

5.0

Buffer is a must for a social media manager. It makes the job easier much easier as the post can be scheduled for multiple platforms in a single go. I currently use it to post on Facebook, LinkedIn & Google My Business and it works brilliantly.

Pros

The scheduler is by far the most important feature to me. It can integrate a bunch of social channels. I regularly use it to publish on Facebook & Linkedin. Also reminds me when my queue is empty so I can schedule more posts.

Cons

Analytics isn't available in the free plan. Every tool has some sort of analytics so I believe basic analytics should be provided with limited charts, it can go a long way.

### "After 7 years using it, the best in its field"

February 20, 2023

5.0

I started using it 7 years ago, there was still Google +, which then disappeared. I use it for Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin mainly. It has its own extension for Chrome, which makes post planning super easy and very fast. The developers have been improving it over the years, and you are not constantly bombarded with the payment option if you decide not to pay, as other tools do.

Pros

The ease of use, everything it offers in its free plan and many improvements at an affordable price in its paid option. It is really efficient and simple.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints. It's fast, cheap, effective, simple... I could invent something bad about this tool, but I can't even think of what to say negatively.

### "Yet another social media scheduling powerhouse!"

June 8, 2022

4.0

Buffer was a pleasure to use and it's free version is a boon to a small business before they upgrade.

Pros

Have had the pleasure of using Buffer especially for my academic work. Buffer, much it's competitors has an easy to use interface to schedule posts on multiple platforms. One of the main reasons I used Buffer was it's easy integration with Bit.ly which was important as I had to publish to my board regarding the behavior of the posts and the geographical location of all the links clicked. In my opinion Buffer's integration was the easiest.

Cons

I felt (in the free version) the limitation of Buffer being fixed to a specific time for all platforms for a restrictions even the free version could have done without.

Pros

Cons

En ocasiones hemos tenido problemas para la integración de redes sociales o la desincronización, se des actualizan y eso es quizá lo único negativo, se vuelven a conectar fácilmente así que sin problemas.

### "Love the ease of use in scheduling content for my social media profiles"

April 21, 2018

5.0

I can easily schedule my social media posts, either all at once or as-needed when I find something share-worthy. Very simple, saving me a lot of time!

Pros

Buffer makes it easy to schedule posts to my social media profiles. When I find something interesting on the web that I would like to share with my followers, I click the Chrome extension for Buffer and in a couple of clicks, my content is scheduled to share according to the settings I have set up in my Buffer account. Buffer allows me to set different posting schedules for each of my social profiles, making the whole sharing process even simpler.

Cons

I don't know that there is anything I dislike about this program. The paid version definitely gives great value, and the free version offers enough value for many users.
