### "Love using it everyday "

Pros

Great tool to see track of task ans the ones i queue, also Cisco finesse has made the things little easier to work with You can see Integrations with multiple providers

Cons

There needs to be a lot of setups, but once done, it works smoothly with no issues, make sure the set up is correct because troubleshoot will take a lot of time

### "Easy to use, crashes"

Overall the visual format is nice and its handy handling ques- but the issues with consulting and transferring calls can get really annoying.

Pros

It's easy to que calls, see call history, check status of coworkers, and set your status to ready. I also really appreciate the pop up when I get a call, that way even if I'm on a different tab its clear to see.

Cons

It's had multiple issues with the consult feature (transferring/3-way calls) and even making calls with it can drop and just sign everyone out. Usually we only receive calls, but it's still tedious dealing with a dropped phone call when working with customers. I also think it would be handy to have a call timer reminder function- for example when helping my customers I should only be on the line for about 20 min max. but if I'm not on the specific tab I lose track of time. Having a pop up saying "Reminder: Your recommended 20 min are up" would be useful.

Overall I have had a neutral experience with using this program.

Pros

It is fairly simple to use. It allows you to see you call history and also the status of other employees. It gives you the option to adjust your personal status throughout the day which is nice to know if a co worker is just out on break and your needing to interact with them you have a general idea of when they will return.

Cons

I feel as though there are a lot of times that the program crashes or just has times where it will glitch. There has been times that you could not log out for the day or change your current status.

Great software for management because it allows them to manage different call queues and give agents access to the queue they should be answering. A bit of a headache for the agents themselves with dropped calls, login issues and difficulty transferring calls.

Pros

It is very easy to use and offers a great selection of statuses to select. It is available at a lower cost that comparable programs. Other features will "pop up" when you are in a call to remind you of other tasks that need completing.

Cons

Frequent crashes or being able to not login to the program. Cannot call from phone links you have to manually input numbers to call out. Calls dropped while on the phone with customers.

### "Needs more integration"

I love keeping my call logs in a centralized place but I’d also like to keep the recorded calls in this same program (this is done with another program). I think this is a great start, but could use some more integration with clickable links on websites if the operating system recognized this program as one that can make outgoing phone calls.

Pros

This software shows my call history, time during calls, and current state. It allows me to easily switch states from available to unavailable.

Cons

It does not allow me to click a link to make a call from a site I found on a web site. This would save me time over a week or so by not having to copy and paste each phone number into Finesse, but just click to call, like Google Voice in the Google Chrome browser.

finesse is good for call management , depending how many queues you have you can control who can access which queue while keeping track of time.

Pros

I like that I can add tracking information to assets and add descriptions and costs as well. I think these are the fundamental things needed for asset management

Cons

It can be difficult to use. I spend a lot of time reviewing the help documents and go ogling answers.
