Lead routing is at the heart of what we do. Our routing engine allows you to create rules based on expertise, geolocation, performance, keywords, among many more. Receiving feedback on customer interactions is a breeze with Lead Assign's Automated Follow Up feature. After a rep accepts a lead, you can send an automated request for feedback. The rep uses our follow up feedback form to provide critical metrics such as "Did you successfully contact the lead? What is the value of the lead?" etc.

Pros: Ease of use. Does everything automatically. By using the "tabs" the leads go to the most appropriate agent.

Cons: At first if a prospect inquired on more than 1 property, the lead got distributed to multiple agents and we actually heard from a few people that it felt they were being bombarded with calls from our agents. After explaining my concern to the Lead Assign people they developed a system that sent all the inquiries from that prospect to the agent who originally accepted the lead. Other than that I have had no issues.

Overall: Saves me time.

Simply the best! Not a CRM just does what its supposed to do perfectly

Pros: I love that I determine the rules. When i first started using lead assign I used it in a very basic way. As I learned to understand the power of it I found that my rules became more and more sophisticated. The support folks were super helpful in assisting me in configuring my rules and now my lead response time for my nationwide network has gone from an average of 48 hours to 4 minutes. I know this because the reporting tools are just as robust as the application.

Overall: Increased customer satisfaction and a 22% lift in revenue within a 180 day period!! No joke.

I tell everyone except my competitors about lead assign. It's my secret weapon and a great differentiator.

It was the software that I was looking for, but lacks some functionality

Pros: My rep does an amazing job with ensuring we are taken care of, he is always on top of any request and ensures we get what we need. The ability to ensure leads are handled quickly is exactly what we need.

Cons: Pricing is not conducive to high leads environment. If the software had integrations with phone services like digium, marketing tools like Hubspot, and CRM like Quickbase then I would be ok with the model. Otherwise it should be a flat fee service. The connections are the only way to follow up on staff to ensure calls are made and the follow up with the customer.

Overall: Ensure leads get handled quickly

Leadassign greatly reduced the time we took to deliver a lead to an agent.

Pros: Easy to setup. Easy to use. Easy to maintain. Serves the purpose for which it was created. It automates and shortens the delivery time of a lead, that reaches the most appropriate agents to treat it.

Cons: We can not have users with different levels of access.

It would be useful to the stores managers be able to monitor directly on lead assign.

Overall: We stopped depending on the human factor, so that our leads were delivered quickly to our agents. We were dependent on the availability of a person, who often was not so effective in distributing them.

This lack of effectiveness became even greater on weekends. The Leadassign also solved this.

Pros: quick response time to our customers , great tracking tool to monitor response and track our sales associates on their usage .

Cons: no issues. this product works as designed any issues have been taken care of quickly. their support team is great.

Pros: This solution meets our unique needs and provides a very valuable platform to help capture ROI reporting.

Cons: Only small complaints about missing functionality for searching agents and leads as well as not able to create additional follow-up queries to agents for commenting.

Overall: The software satisfies three important needs; 1. route leads to the right stores based upon conversion performance, monitor lead performance for reporting and prioritization and track overall campaign performance for ROI reporting.

Pros: Everything works simple and does what is should to deliver the client leads.

Cons: We have not found anything really at this time to list as a con.

Overall: Staff and support is great and we are happy to have found them.
