My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. LearnWorlds feels less like a software provider and more like a partner. Their platform, paired with consistent guidance and collaboration, has played a meaningful role in the success and longevity of the Home Watch Academy.

Pros

LearnWorlds truly puts course creators first. The platform is powerful yet intuitive, and the ongoing innovation shows they listen to their customers. What stands out most is the combination of robust tools and exceptional support, which has allowed me to grow and refine the Home Watch Academy over the past six years.

Cons

Because LearnWorlds offers so many advanced features, there can be a learning curve at the beginning. That said, strong onboarding resources and responsive support make the ramp-up manageable and worthwhile.

Pretty much forced to use the $300 dollar tier because the lower tiers are close to useless. I do not need a team of creators to have access. It would be nice if there were something in between, with AI help and better user class settings without the need access by a team of creators.

Pros

During the free trial period you have all the bells and whistles and is a great product but if your not willing to go with the $300 a month plan your fighting an tough uphill battle. The Starter plan you could barely teach a checkers class. The Pro Trainer is a little better but not much. The AI help at anything below Learning Center is a farce and deceptive at any level below Learning Center. You can use the free Notebooklm to Create your own questions at the Pro Level because the AI uses the internet for questions and not your content like it does at the Learning Center level.

Pros

The UX and UI are much better than the competitors. Some feel very dated and on LearnWorlds the platform is very nice and modern looking. Also many options are available such as the mobile app to truly white label

Cons

The cost for sure! The tool especially the Learning Centre option is very expensive and I have not seen many discounts. Not ideal for starters despite the good support if you ate price sensitive

Overall my experience was very very smooth and positive. I would definitley reccomend working with LearnWorlds. I was able to get my Academy up and running by myself (as a side project) in about a month!

Pros

This was a very easy and intuitive platform to use for beginners! The exisiting templates for creating the website made it easy to create landing pages from scratch. Building the actual courses themselves were easy as well with lots of different options for engagement. My Learner Center plan came with partnership with a CSM who was incredibly helpful during the onboarding process.

Cons

I found it a little challenging to navigate to the user view side while making updates. I was frequently opening new Incognito windows to check, it would be nice if there was a smoother toggle to switch to user view.

Of the four platforms that I have used, Learnworlds is by far the best in every way - from their simple to use platform to their outstanding support and resources.

Pros

I love the commercial-ready platform, the resources, and the super-fast tech support with solutions! The platform is intuitive, easy-to-use, and they have outstanding webinars and articles.

Cons

I can not think of anything! Of the four LMS platforms I've used, they are the best (and last)! Great job, Learnworlds!

Learnwords made it easy for me to upload my courses and attach my payment methods. However I would prefer to host my landing pages else where then link payment and course delivery to learnworlds

Pros

The interface is clean and it was easy to get started with uploading courses on learn worlds and they have added some AI features which makes the platform faster.

Cons

The landing pages and websites you can build for your course pages are not as inviting as the ones you find in podia

As a company who sells and rents geophysical equipment, customer service and training makes puts us above the competition. We offer training workshops several times per year, that require 4 days of travel and 32-hours training. For a lot of customers, it's a time-consuming and expensive investment. We decided to implement a hybrid model, where students take the lectures online and then attend a 1-2 day field training. Having an online platform gives us new possibilities: certifications, webminars, live events, and more, allowing us to reach new customers, including public institutions, universities, research centers. Once in full swing, we will be able to provide training contents for most of the practical applications of resistivity imaging and more..

Pros

LearnWorlds is a full LMS that provides all the tools to build great educational training and marketing products. I've been lecturer and content creator for top US universities, using platforms such as eLearning and Canvas and I have to say, with LearnWorlds you can do a lot more without the huge price tag. I am still on the learning curve but so far, the platform has exceeded my expectations. The help center is fantastic; very short reply time, the onboarding sessions helped us to launch our academy in no time. So far, choosing LearnWorlds has been the best decision for our project!

Cons

I don't see cinches in the armor; we need to spend time learning to do specific things, using the LW Academy and the Help Center. If over time, there are more short "how-to" descriptions we can find using the "Ask for Help" bot, it could save us some time implementing some solutions.

graphy was a disaster when it comes to customer services. Sometimes it took 5 days to get a reply. The straw that broke the camel's back was on reply where they say that their platform was for DIY's and that they do not provide full assistance to their clients.....
