Pros

This software is very good to find packet loss, it has very clear visibility which help network engineer to analyze capture.

Cons

graphical (GUI) need some improvements, else everything is good.

Pingplotter is a great tool, is so useful to solve network problems.

Pros

pingplotter is a great tools to troubleshooting network problems, the live event that happen in the network we so quickly can solve issue in our network (LAN) or detect problems with the leased line from service provider, so this tools can handle the telemetry of the network.

Cons

there is nor cons with this tool for me, you should have this tools en the company to solve problems.

Mostly testing the stability of connections. For example one ping to internal ip address and one to external ip address to find out where to look further

Pros

The software is easy to use and offers lots of features. The GUI is also quite intuitive.

Cons

some minor wishes of me are not supported, like a higher number op pings per minute. I would like to be able to set it to 600 for just a few minutes, for micro checking.

thanks to pingplotter i could confince my internet provider that there were issues with my connection, in the end, they discovered a failed cable, underground outside my house

Pros

I loved the simplicity of this software, and I like that it's very accurate. It is simple and easy to use, but this program delivers professional results.

Cons

No reason to charge money, since I really only use it to diagnose problems. Maybe figure out a relationship with other servers and ISPs to designate ratings.

So far, so good. I am going to recommend that we add this tool to our troubleshooting suite.

Pros

I used it to run a tracert on a remote server that was having intermittent internet drops and it was very easy to watch the results in real time.

Cons

It all seemed pretty good, I used it in an emergency, so I didn't read the manual, and still was able to figure out what I needed.

Ping Plotter is so easy to use! You do not need to be a IT wiz to understand the info it is giving you or how to make it work! Additionally, it helps you convey your problem to your ISP if you are having issues.
