The MSP360 Free Backup product is great for family members with simple backup needs who maybe don't have a ton of data. Pros MSP360 Free Backup has all the reliability of its paid counterparts and it's a great introduction to the MSP360 backup ecosystem. The free version is just enough to be useful and works great for parents/grandparents/in-laws whoever you are supporting that you'd like to keep their data safe. Cons It is quite limited but it's really hard for me to knock a free product on its limitations. It works, it is easily managed, the website is fantastic. I can easily restore, edit the backup scheme, and more from the website-- which is very responsive. The onboarding process was a cinch, the support is fantastic (not that I need it often). The pricing is more than fair, and gives you a lot of choice between different storage platforms. I personally use Backblaze B2, and it works so, so well. Pros Price, ease of use, transparency, speed, and support are all top-notch. Cons Honestly, I cannot fault this at all. Like anything that costs money, it could always be cheaper... but the price is extremely good.
