CloudBerry gives us nice flexibility to get centralized backup wherever the users are. Pros We valued most the ability to have scheduled backup jobs to backup selective files from mac os to our own Amazon S3 bucket. Cons I didn't find anything major to complain. I think the setup was quite technical, but it's was not problem for our tech.savvy users. It's easy to use and the interface makes using it a breeze. Cons While frequent and sweeping updates can be frustrating for any software, Cloudberry has had very few aesthetic updates and feels a little dated in some ways. Cloudberry interface contains all the AWS S3 options I need including IA and encryption. Great scheduling options including realtime. The Cloud to cloud backup is great and helps to manage and transfer, sync data between multiple cloud platforms. 2. We can restore the data to different hardware and different version. This is great when downgrading or upgrading the machines. Cons 1\. The support is pathetic. Only email and no customer care to talk with. 2. Pros I tried CBB after having a lot of issues with different cloud provider's clients. As an photography enthusiast is very critical for me to save large RAW file and keep them secure in a resilient environment (like cloud drives), CloudBerry Backup enabled this, it runs smoothly and automatically, all you have to do is to define a cloud account and a backup plan following wizards and simple instructions. Pros The cloud provider support. Over 60! The ability to set individual back up schedules for each provider. Cons Interface is dated and a bit too cartoonish. I was able to get things setup and started the backup in less than 30 minutes. Cons Configuring the different backup options can be a bit confusing at first glance. N/A Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easy to set up and get going" October 7, 2017 4.0 Pros Being fairly technical but with no IT background, there are a lot of resources provided for learning the necessary steps and getting them working. A rep from the company also checks in about your use of the software. I just used it to back up a small NAS my family uses (photos, dissertation media, important documents, etc.) and it was painless and robust. We lost power multiple times but the software picked up where it left off and completed before I had to leave on vacation. Cons Not much to say yet - the trial period is fairly short, allowing you to set it up but difficult to judge long-term. Still, the cost isn't huge. Review Source DK Dilip K. January 22, 2018 5.0 Peace of mind knowing Backups are being made properly. Pros We spent two months struggling with other software to backup our AWS servers to Glacier.
