It will maintain file structure knowledge even against services that split files into multiple sectors. Pros I like that it was able to be used with Backblaze B2 , and could be used with many other cloud storage providers, if I choose to change in the future. Setup was pretty easy to get my backups started. Cons I've been using the trial version, and it is limited to only being able to backup 200mb. Though it appeared to work well to do that. I'm on Mac OS, and there doesn't seem to be a status bar icon to quickly check the status of the backups (when it completed, how much is left, etc). It also allows working simultaneously with other departments through its multi-user extension. It is a really practical software for quick backup creation business solutions. Pros Facilitates activity in work teams by allowing cooperative writing of documents. It also has integration to HR software, among others. Handles a wide data tolerance, and supports file upload regardless of size. Cons Does not include document personalization gadgets such as electronic signatures. I combined MSP360 CloudBerry Backup with Wasabi S3 storage. I only have about 1TB worth of data and want full control over my data. Pros The process to set up an automated backup to Wasabi S3 storage was quick and painless. Set up your target storage location, choose your desired items to back up, set parameters, hit go! During the initial backup, it responded well to picking up where it left off when closing the app or shutting down the computer for the day. Cons The initial backup progress meter was a bit misleading, indicating only X amount of files and gb were backing up, but I knew for certain that there was so much more! Once completed, I spot-checked and found no issues thus far. It would be great to have a more visual completion confirmation. You can view the structure of your backup, but it's not clearly indicated whether or not it's finished, in progress or in queue. The Enterprise version looks very powerful. As I'm using this tool just for my home network, several of the higher-end features are just too much. Pros Simplicity is the most important feature in CloudBerry Backup. You can back up your computer to a local server or NAS and from it to one or several clouds. Setting up the backups is very, very simple. I still didn't need to restore my files, but I expect the same kind of simplicity for doing it. Pros It has numerous functionalities that make the program very useful in a wide variety of ways. Although it may look a little bit complicated at first, it should be easy to manage for everyone. The program is designed for backing up almost any type of file (and not for storage) and it fulfills perfectly with its purpose. The program has a very wide range of backup destinations and has enough space on the free version for anyone. Also, you can save many versions of the backups on the cloud. I like the program becasue it makes me feel safe that I won't loose any data if something bad happens to the computer. Maybe it is not 100% necessary, but you would prefer to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Cons Not much space in the archive mode. Pros We lost our administrator, so needed to find an MSP that supports MSP360. The company provides no phone number, and no sales support, other than a person on chat that not only knows nothing, doesn't get anyone to respond after providing her with a phone number and email. Cons Customer support really sucks, but even worse is that they have no sales deparment. If you go looking for any consultant or MSP on Google, there is none, and no PPC ads that link to anyone that supports MSP360. Look elsewhere ! Reason for choosing MSP360 Backup I didn't ... June 20, 2018 5.0 Pros Although I have little to do with this type of software, I have tried CloudBerry and I have been delighted. As a product I find it easy to use and excellent performance, once you give the permissions to manage changes in the system the program practically works only. I have managed to back a number of files that had occupying space on my pc. I have been able to place my information on several devices and that has been great. October 12, 2017 5.0 Pros Unlike many other backup solutions I've tried for home use, Cloudberry allows you to backup from more or less anywhere to more or less anywhere you want. Other products I've struggled with have typically hamstrung my backup ambitions by only offering local to cloud (usually with a limited selection of providers) only, or local to mapped drive location but not UNC path, or vice versa, or from network locations but not to them etc. etc. and I've ended up cobbling solutions together with symlinks, scripts, multiple tools etc. Cloudberry has made it easy for me to setup my preferred 1-2-3 scheme with a single tool offering all of the bells and whistles you'd want, including universal encryption, compression and more. Pros The number of options regarding backup storage is incredibly vast. Also the configurability of the backup itself makes it an ideal tool when you really want to fine-tune it and have a degree of reliability that goes beyond what a cheap tool can deliver. Cloudberry backup, according to my own personal conviction seems to be flexible enough as as you are allowed to use several other cloud based back up services and this paints cloudberry in a good light,even better, it makes everyone sleep easy knowing fully well that they are not dealing with an uptight firm. Ransomeware detection. The ransomeware detection capability of cloudberry backup review is great, super great to say the least as a little change in encryption status triggers the backup service to ask for a manual confirmation before it goes ahead with the intended backup. The backup schedule is really great as you can instruct it to backup everytime a change is made. Pros It is a very useful software we can make backup copies of the files of our PC and back them to protect us from any failure or lack of space. I'm using the free version and it allows me to back up copies of up to 200GB in the cloud. Cons It is a great tool but I think it is not available to everyone, I think the prices of their plans are a bit expensive.
