Pros: The greatest thing about this software is the templates that are available for emails and social media posts. Many to choose from.

Overall: Love SnapRetail. I became responsible for the Facebook and Web pages for Tooley Drug and signed up for SnapRetail. The program is so easy to learn. Having the calendar to schedule the posts for each day is wonderful. I can spend a couple hours at the computer and get a whole month done. Designing a web page with SnapRetail makes me feel like a graphic designer. The customer support is there whenever you need help. My experience with SnapRetail has been fantastic.

Pros: When it works like it should its very friendly and time saving. I've used snap retail for years without issues, until lately.

Cons: Lately its been glitchy and I can not send emails out.

Overall: I've used snap retail for about 5 years. I never really had any issues until lately when I tried to send an email, the temples keep glitching. I did a live chat with snap retail and was told tier 2 would contact me. They never did. I did another chat just now with the same agent and she tried to tell me I didnt give her my contact info so the issue was never forwarded to tier 2. I did give her my contact and she was able to confirm from the previous chat that she had the info. Regardless, the issue was well documented with her and she chose not to forward it up so Im still not able to send any emails (only 2 have successfully sent this month) and Im just sitting here with no way to send out the emails I want. Very poor service and I also dislike that the low level reps have zero knowledge of the software, they always have to pass to tier 2 which takes forever if they even respond. I expect to speak with someone that can help right now, not two weeks from now. Like I said, I've been with snap for about 5 years, everything has gone downhill and Im ready to cancel my subscription. Im not getting what Im paying for!!!
