Pros I love how easy it is to clock in and out from a computer or mobile device. Its easy to monitor and keep track of my hours for week, vacation time and access previous pay period. Cons Some times it seems that the time clock is delayed. I realize this may be related to the computer the program is being used on. Pros I liked most that it was simple to use and understand. It loaded quickly and allowed me to see how many hours I worked and kept track of the hours I missed.
