NCSO Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Awesome electronic way to track all safety paperwork" March 15, 2021 5.0 Pros As well as the examples that come with the initial site docs purchase you have the ability to create your own custom forms such as in the last year and a half we created our own covid-19 symptom checklist that the employees can complete prior to going to work to minimize the transmission of covid-19 if they had symptoms. Cons I have no cons to report I feel site docs covers all of the requirements we as a company require when it comes to tracking and sharing safety paperwork with GC's. Review Source ST Steven T. Customer service is the best I have ever experienced, fast reliable and willing to go the extra mile. Corporate and tech support taking suggestions and implementing them for the customers benefit. All around a great company to work with. Pros The ease of access and use. It made filling out forms easier, faster and more efficient. Tracking the forms is now a breeze. Just all around streamlined our forms process and made every step easier and more efficient. Cons The only con I have is it doesn't let forms talk to each other. So multiple people cannot fill out the same form. So instead of one form that 18 people can fill out, I get 18 separate forms. Review Source BA Brian A. This allows me to make sure that all departments and employees are performing all obligations that are required. This also helps with keeping track of our safety goals, training, and audit operations that are completed twice a year. Pros I like how it makes everything easier on managing all departments with required safety forms for our program. Filing paper was also a pain and now it makes my life easier when I do not have to file hundreds of papers daily. Cons There are no aspects of the software that I do not like as of right now. October 11, 2017 5.0 reduced paper, easier monthly review to ensure COR requirements are met. Consistency, education, Safety improvements!!! Pros I can create forms and edit forms to suit our needs. People in the field can come in and say "this form is just not working for me. Can you add this or change that?" It is so easy to do. Cons The forms that I create always appear at the bottom. I had to come up with a way to get them to appear in the order that I wanted them to. So I put A. at the beginning of the name , or AA. or B. if I wanted them to appear further down the list. Every time we do a safety audit it is much faster. I can see that an incident happened the day they fill out the form, rather than weeks later whenever they dropped off the form. Pros Easy to create and use forms. I can keep track of all safety documents Safety audits are less stressful as everything is in one place. I can easily change which employees have access to certain parts of the app. The new (beta) website for filling out forms is something I've waited a long time for, it is exactly what I needed. Support staff is quick at getting back to you and is always friendly and helpful Cons Honestly nothing. December 21, 2016 5.0 Like most conventional civil contracting companies we made the switch from paper to paperless over a year ago and have had huge time savings and an enormous feeling of being in the 'know' on all matters related to safety in our organization. It was a very easy set-up, great ongoing support and used daily in all of our operations. We are very happy to Highly Recommend the program to any new users. Pros It has been well though out by people from the industry. It is easy to use for virtually anyone. A few hiccups with starting a new program. Once I learned the functionality, I started sharing with other facilities of how to get theirs set up. The self-designed forms are very nice, to set up the way the user needs them to be. Pros I like the functionality of this product with the signatures attached to document and the availability of the self-designed forms, is a major plus. Customer service is also very helpful, as they are always able to help with my issues. Cons Not being able to delete forms that were mistakenly made. It would be real nice if we could have reminders set up with to have reminders pop up, saying when the next training is due or approaching a due date. Also, would be nice to have other managers be able to access sitedocs on the computer (like the administrator page) to add their forms and training but not have full administrator access to other sensitive information. The mobile app and web portal are very intuitive and easy to navigate. Plus the fact that you can not only customize various forms, but have a digital library in addition that houses SOP's, workflows, and diagrams is a great combination. Cons Cons include: 1. Not being able to upload and view video on the Resources section 2. There is currently no "tiered" admin access to the web portal. Once you have access, you have access to everything. It has made our growing company function better overall. Pros has been able to take all of our paperwork and turn them into online forms that are easy to fill out and upload right away. It has been much easier to keep track of all safety paperwork, saving us a bunch of time and headaches . Cons The form builder takes a little time to use. Every day I am finding a new application for it within our organization. Being able to update resources easily and make them available to workers immediately is a huge bonus. Flagging safety items and easy follow up from any worksite is a huge time saving factor and keeps my management team informed on a daily basis. Pros \-Very intuitive to put together forms in -Ease of use for both administrators and workers -No more paper -analytics and information that I can access -can be used offline -all my resources are available at the touch of a finger (SDS, Health & Safety Manual, Forms). GPS location tagging of a form, which allows for proof of where the form was filled out for auditing means. Tracking of employee certifications and expiry dates. Allowing for our entire safety manual to be accessed by phone for every employee. Overall this software makes my job much easier and more organized.
