My overall experience with iSmartRecruit has been excellent. It has streamlined my recruitment process, made candidate tracking much easier, and improved overall efficiency for me and my team.

Pros

iSmartRecruit has really simplified the recruitment process for me. The platform is user-friendly, and I especially like the automation features that save time while keeping everything organized.

Cons

Sometimes the system can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of the many features, but once you get used to it, it becomes much easier to navigate

It was a decent tool for simple recruiting needs. Disha is fantastic to work with, very thorough and knowledgeable.

Pros

The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It’s helpful for organizing candidates and streamlining basic recruiting tasks. I also appreciated the ability to customize some features.

Cons

Integration options and automation could also be improved for a smoother experience. Parsing from resumes isn’t the best.

Cons

The time difference. Sometimes it is hard to get meetings scheduled. This is not necessarily a challenge that can be fixed.

Pros

Customizable and easy to navigate. Includes features such as decline reason, add notes and attach files. Candidate information can be easily viewed and filtered in the candidate module. Client module is especially helpful for consulting firms because jobs can be organized per client. You can also generate and export different kinds of report.

Cons

Some fields/information can be marked as optional but cannot be completely removed (such as ZIP and other Social Network Information). No history log when attached CVs are changed or updated. Decline reason is not visible on candidate view and you need to navigate to the specific job to check the information. CV parsing and duplication check would sometimes miss.

Great — it’s an all-in-one ATS that combines all the essential recruitment tools in one platform, making the recruitment process more efficient.

Pros

The features are straightforward and are very easy-to-use. This ATS streamlines our team’s database management process.

Cons

Limited customization access to candidates' information. There are some details that are not necessary, and although they are optional, it would be best if we could remove them entirely.

The Application Tracking System (ATS) because it helps us manage candidate pipelines efficiently and reduces time spent manually sorting resumes or tracking candidate progress.
