It's an easy, accessible tool for data management. User Friendly interface helps quick accessibility.

Cons

Modifications take time to filter data. Customization is required for some modules. iSmart extension doesn't work properly for emails.

During my internship, I am gaining hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and learning how recruitment processes work in a real-world environment. I work on candidate data management, profile verification, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Pros

iSmartRecruit provides a user-friendly and efficient ATS platform for managing candidates and recruitment workflows. I liked its resume parsing, candidate tracking, and database management features. The system helps recruiters save time and maintain organized candidate records.

Cons

When parsing resumes, the system does not immediately notify users if a candidate's email address already exists in the database. The duplicate email warning appears only after entering additional details such as Current Employer, Current Designation, and Current Location, which can result in extra manual effort and time being spent on data entry.

Excellent. Product works very well and meets our needs. Support and development staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Pros

The cooperation from the support team to meet our needs in a timely fashion. Customization and added suggestions were common from us and they were always available to discuss.

Cons

Network is a little slow but seems to be improving. This could be due to our offshore location in India and possibly local infrastructure.
