"Namely for small companies"

**Pros:** A great software especially for less than 50 employees companies to manage their payroll system and attendance tracking.

**Cons:** It should allow more type of user roles to manage the software such as low level employees and staff.

"My pick for the best HR software. Most approachable platform."

**Overall:** My top choice because it provides all our basic HR needs including, payroll, benefits administration, time tracking, record keeping and recruiting.

**Pros:** Its affordable price, full customer support and tools to comply with laws makes Namely my best choice. Namely also impressed me with its modern, no-frills interface which made it easy to complete HR tasks like running payroll or requesting feedback with a few clicks.

**Cons:** Lacks internal communication features. Also, it has limited reporting and analytics functionality.
