Pros At Harling Provision is a very easy software to use, It allows us to teach new employees quickly and to have those employees work independently within in couples of days. The support we have received from the Provision team has been outstanding they have always answer our questions and been able to handle any issues we have encountered. Cons We wish there was a tablet version of the software with all features Order management Receiving Inventory management etc... Reasons for choosing proVision WMS We chose provision WMS because at the time it gave us the most flexibility to integrate with our Online Web order tool and TMS shipping system. We got alot of warehouse management solutions. Pros WMS is overall an excellent software but the thing I like most is the ability to adapt to your needs. We have many unique needs and WMS can deal with them all. Any time something new or different comes up WMS can accommodate. Our experience with the WMS team has always been positive, they are willing work with you to make sure your business gets what it needs. Since the first day WMS was installed Derek and Issam have been with us and helped us with everything that has come up. They have always been there for us whenever needed. WMS also has a very good way of tracking everything that happens in the warehouse in a day. Whether it be finding out how productive your staff are to where and how things can be misplaced the event log records every scan and is easily accessible. We know how many locations a picker has gone to, how many items they have picked, how many items a stocker has moved, and how many orders we have processed. You can see exactly what is going on live and records the date and time to the second.
