"Getting better but the customer service and lack of payment options is a major problem"

**Overall:** Not good. I was billed for months because of those auto-charge policies, having not logged in once. I'm guessing this is how they make most of their money. Poor blokes like me with more money than time. Also, they don't take anything other than Mastercard or Visa.

**Pros:** Chat support is predictable, as they do eventually answer all your questions. It just will not always be on your schedule. There's no way to pay to speak with someone, and no phone number available (even though I'm willing to pay for premium support). It's more of a bargain basement service for those without the means to get higher level service.

**Cons:** Can't pay for premium support on the phone. Can't speak with a sales person either. Can't call anyone in Accounting or billing (likely everyone is off shore somewhere).
