Pros

Opportunity to automate highly personalized emails and very many nice features. You think like " it would be great if they have this feature", and then you find out that they actually have it!

Cons

There are some not obvious things like you need to switch off and switch on campaign again when you change settings. Also, it would be great if the support team were available at night and during the weekends.

Replyapp.io is designed perfectly for generating reply emails that turn into qualified leads that turn into business.

Pros

The emails appear that they are sent from me personally and combined with my email copy and sequence, I'm getting 70% open rates and 45% reply emails on my best campaigns. In fact, I've intentionally made my email copy MORE sales related to reduce the reply emails to help manage the calls. Another big pro is the email is connected directly to my IMAP email.

Cons

Could use better filtering on email list. I have a hard time segmenting list based on how the filter works.

Pros

Create a campaign. Activate it. Forget it. This app is great for marketers who have a ton of emails campaign to run at the same time. Save time with automation, use that for productive stuff like responding to your contacts.

Cons

Limit the number of mails you send through this. Your mails may end up in Spam folder sometimes. Other than that, reply works like a charm.

ReplyApp is a great tool for automating emails and follow ups. It's great to see the open rate of your emails as well. There are some features that require more steps than I'd like- for example pushing contacts to campaigns, rather than adding contacts on the campaign page. Customer service team is great and very helpful in understanding how to use ReplyApp.

Pros

Very easy to set up campaigns and steps, as well as preview emails before sending.

Cons

Workflow requires clicking through several parts of the site, I'd like to get everything done on the campaigns page.

Overall the experience has been smooth. They have comprehensive tutorial material and support is fast in the event if you bump into any issue.

Pros

\- it is easy to search and discover prospect from Linkedin using this tool. - ready templates for your outreach emails. - support is amazingly fast and accurate. - multi channels outreach sequences so your target will have no escape. Haha... :) - send outreach emails with different email addresses. - not difficult to use. Quite straight forward.

Cons

I dont like it to force me to sign up with my work email. I would prefer to be able to sign up with whatever email I want. Need more native integration with CRMs.

it's good tool for startup, I recommended Reply.io is a tool to automate one-to-many email communication, which puts email outreach on autopilot sending personalized emails and follow-ups automati'ally, but still keeping them personal and looking 100% authentic and manually written; you can be sure that they will end up in primary Inbox folder, and not in Spam, Junk or Promotion.

Really enjoyed working with their sales rep

Pros

All the emails I sent to friends and family managed to make it to their inboxes instead of their junk mail. There is a lot to be said for this but if your reading this review you most likely already know that.

Cons

has a learning curve that I think some of our less computer savvy colleagues may struggle with. I would also like to see some more detailed email format features

I like using Reply for simple email campaigns. It allows me to upload and import contact lists to easily set up outbound newsletters and updates.

Pros

I use it to quickly get my messages out to multiple people.

Cons

I think the free plan is great, but the next tier up seems like a pretty steep jump for more messages.

Pros

I love this application. Reply is very simple and easy to use. You can send personalized cold emails & follow-ups at scale.

Cons

Free trial is only 14days. CRM Integrations and reports are bit difficult. It could be simpler and user friendly.
