Je trouve que c'est une plateforme très utile, surtout l'outil de création de courriel c'est très simple!

Pros

C'est une plateforme simple à utiliser! Je recommande, surtout pour ceux qui envoi beaucoup de push pour leurs événements ou autre.

Cons

Pour l'instant je n'ai pas vraiment des points négatifs. À part que des fois je ne sais pas pourquoi je n'arrive pas à me connecter avec le même navigateur que d'habitude, mais si je change ça marche : )

Excellent support et ouvert à trouver des solutions.

Pros

Cela fait plus de 15 ans qu'on utilise Dialog Insight auparavant REP Solution. Outil facile à utiliser pour nos besoins. Le support et le service client. De plus, c'est un produit Québécois c'était un critère pour nous et que se soit aussi en Français.

Cons

Peut-être un peu dispendieux pour nos besoins à nous, car on envoi seulement une chronique mensuelle. Mais je sais qu'il y a tellement d'autres fonctions, mais pas nécessaire pour nos besoins à nous mais surement grandement apprécié par plusieurs organisations.

La gestion des contacts, l'automatisation du marketing et des campagnes, la gestion des abonnements sont autant de fonctionnalités qui nous facile la vie et nous sauve énormément de temps, en plus d'augmenter significativement notre efficacité.

Cons

Peut devenir assez dispendieux si la base de contacts est très volumineuse, ce qui est notre cas.

J'adore Dialog Insight. Je suis très satisfaite par cette solution technologique depuis plus de 4 ans.

Pros

Interface épurée, facile à comprendre et à utiliser. Fonctionnalités complètes et performantes. Service à la clientèle impeccable. Solution Québécoise abordable.

Cons

Demande de prendre le temps de bien implémenter la solution et de réfléchir à tous vos besoins et vos particularités en amont, surtout pour une entreprise de services B2B.

I always had a good experience using Dialog Insight, and overall, it gets the job done. At the beginning, I had some questions about how to use certain features (learning curve), but it has powerful features, and the customer service team is professional and efficient.

Pros

Customer service is very responsive Product is relatively affordable, with powerful features (good price/quality ratio)

Cons

There is a learning curve to use this tool. Not all features are intuitive.

Très agréable à utiliser. Ne nécessite pas vraiment d'expérience dans le web pour être capable de faire des envois. Malgré tout cela, la plateforme offre quand même plusieurs fonctionnalités avancées intéressantes.

Pros

Très facile d'utilisation. On peu apprendre à faire des envois responsives en très peu de temps grâce au drag and drop. Le support client est A1.

Cons

J'aurais aimé pouvoir avoir plus de flexibilité sur les données des contacts, par exemple, extraire un rapport d'envoi pour un contact en particulier et l'analyser. Cette option n'est pas encore disponible, mais peut-être elle viendra. Autre chose, Dialog Insight aime beaucoup faire évoluer sa plateforme. Parfois il y a des ajouts intéressants, mais cela peu devenir un irritant car on doit réapprendre à se refamiliariser avec l'apparence de certaines pages et mettre à jour nos procédures.
