Pros: The value for money and level of support the Dialog Insight team is able to provide, along with regular updates.
Cons: The application can be difficult to use until you get used to it, and know where the main features are hiding
Overall: Openfield Contact is the main application within Dialog Insight's toolset. You may not have heard of it mentioned alongside Mailchimp but it can do everything you need it to do, and has a lot more customisation options than many of its larger competitors.
Pros: The user interface is very friendly and also available in both English and French as desired.
The contacts' data is hosted on Canadian servers.
Technical support from Dialog insight is readily available and they are open to improvements and customization.
Cons: Based on 12+ years experience with this online tool, we have not encountered a situation where Dialog Insight was not open to help out so honestly there's nothing negative to mention here.
Overall: Low licence cost, great training, continuously launching new functionalities and great technical support from Dialog Insight.
