Collaborate has been a gamechanger for the CAC Network in Georgia. Our ability to track client services and case outcomes has transformed the accuracy of our statistical reporting and significantly improved staff productivity across our member center sites.

Pros

The specific customization for our statewide needs and the outstanding customer support provided by Network Ninja's dynamic team.

Cons

The migration of our old data into to the cloud-based system took a lot of time and coordination with our CAC sites. Specifically, because we have over 50 sites in our state.

Average. Not great, but not terrible. I have been using this system for 5 years and I am still trying to figure things out with how it works.

Pros

I really like the way the calendar is set up. It is easy to navigate and find what I am looking for.

Cons

The way reports are set up is a little difficult to navigate, especially for mental health and medical referrals.

Pros

I love the ease of use. It helped me to make an informed choice. I spread the word about how organized the website is.

Cons

I would have never known about this unless a colleague told me. There needs to be more advertising to everyone.
