Notre Chatbot Vizir a permis de réduire les demandes récurrentes pour lesquelles l'intervention du support informatique n'avait aucune valeur ajoutée. Cela permet de libérer du temps pour apporter une meilleure satisfaction et réactivité du support. Permet de rendre nos utilisateurs autonomes car disponible 7j/7 et 24h/24

Pros

Un logiciel performant, une équipe à notre écoute. Simplicité de la mise en place avec un accompagnement sans faille. Facilité de l'intégration de nouvelles fonctionnalités. S'intégre parfaitement à notre environnement informatique en respectant la charte graphique de notre entreprise. Un suivi régulier même à la fin de lancement.

Cons

Intuitif mais nécessite une petite formation pour être parfaitement autonome (mais Vizir l'a fait volontiers)

Le produit est aisé à prendre en main et facile dans son utilisation. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que les process soient intelligibles, aussi pour les non-initiés. L'équipe est réactive et à l'écoute. Mes interlocuteurs ont toujours répondu présent et m'ont accompagnée dès le début du projet.... et avec le sourire !

Cons

RAS à ce stade. La réactivité des développeurs a permis de corriger rapidement tous les bugs et la flexibilité proposée par l'outil a rendu possible une adaptation de celui-ci, au même rythme que l'évolution de mes besoins.

\- L'équipe Vizir est compétente, disponible et efficace. Elle m'a apporté une vraie mise à jour sur les possibilités des nouvelles technos digital, leur facilité d'implémentation. - Le Bot est efficace, on progresse au fur et à mesure et il est maintenant pertinent - L'administration basique est vraiment simple(pas besoin d'être formé), l'administration avancé est possible après quelques heures de training. - Bot intégré dans Google Chat Ce Bot entre de plus en plus comme centrale dans notre stratégie de support.

Cons

Pour le moment, pas de problème majeur, nous avons été en interne le goulot d'étranglement.

Pros

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la prise en main de l'admin de l'outil. Après un rapide onboarding de l'équipe technique Vizir, nous étions totalement autonome pour avancer à notre rythme et faire évoluer l'outil de facon autonome. L'encapsulage dans un autre outil est aussi très rapide et simple!

Cons

Il y a certaines limites à l'outil: - pas de possiblité d'utiliser le chatbot pour pousser de l'information - pas de possibilité d'identifier les utilisateurs
