Un game changer per la nostra azienda. In pochissimo tempo abbiamo iniziato ad utilizzarlo in tutti i punti vendita, migliorando la comunicazione e risparmiando un sacco di tempo, telefonate e email. La gestione dei fornitori e della documentazione sono due vantaggi fondamentali.

Pros

Modulo ticketing customizzabile, notifiche automatica, consuntivazione in tempo reale di tutte le attività, gestione fornitori, gestione documentale: con mainsim abbiamo messo in ordine tutte le operations legate ai nostri punti vendita. L’app mobile è un ulteriore vantaggio irrinunciabile perché adesso non ci sono più scuse per nessuno.

Cons

Nessun problema. Il sistema è stato implementato rapidamente, il support dà risposte immediate e la maggior parte degli utenti si sono resi subito indipendenti nell’utilizzo del CMMS grazie alle risorse gratuite e i tutorial accessibili online.

La rispondenza alle esigenze del cliente, la predisposizione a diversi settori merceologici, la preparazione del vendor.

Cons

Credo manchi una vera integrazione con gli impianti per poter parlare di manuntenzione predittiva, in abbinamento con una soluzione di acquisizione dati impianti sarebbe il top.

Personale preparato ed esperto con una soluzione a disposizione veramente efficiente, efficace con una copertura funzionale adeguata alle esigenze delle aziende

La flessibilità e scalabilità della soluzione. Inoltre ha una copertura funzionale davvero estesa. Poterla fruire via saas è un ulteriore vantaggio.

Cons

Una sola cosa, non determinante, relativa al layout di alcune videate. Potrebbe essere arricchita con ulteriori icone.

Utilizzo continuativo da oltre 10 anni, con un numero crescente di utenti interni e fornitori esterni.

Pros

L’interfaccia è chiara e semplice anche per operatori non tecnici. L'app mobile è intuitiva e permette ai manutentori di chiudere ordini di lavoro direttamente sul campo. Ottimo anche il sistema di notifiche e pianificazione degli interventi.

Cons

Alcuni KPI avanzati richiedono configurazioni manuali. Sarebbe utile avere più dashboard predefinite. In passato ho notato qualche bug minore, ma il supporto tecnico ha risolto rapidamente.

Ottima; ormai collaboriamo da moltissimo tempo e nell’essere partner fidati di Engie, Mainsim resta un punto di riferimento e un aiuto fondamentale nella gestione dei nostri contratti.

Pros

Intuitività nell’utilizzo, design, possibilità di caricamento massivo da data manager, integrazione con power bi, assistenza impeccabile da parte di \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\].

Cons

Gerarchia degli asset (sarebbe utile fosse più facile estrarre e capire la gerarchia dai file Excel); assenza di un calendario estraibile di facile comprensione (forse ora possibile con introduzione del gantt)

Da tre anni, in crescendo, stiamo evolvendo un reale progetto di digitalizzazione di tutti i processi interni, non solo manutentivi.

Pros

Continua evoluzione, aggiornamento, recepimento nuove necessità tecniche e normative. Semplicità di utilizzo per gli utenti richiedenti.

Cons

Nulla in particolare. Certamente si ha una forte necessità di customizzazione specialmente per settori molto "normati". Di base il sistema è ben adattabile a molte realtà con pochi accorgimenti.

Esperienza positiva, da quello che ho potuto vedere, è un buon alleato nella gestione asset quotidiano.

Pros

La versatilità nel potersi addattare, configurare, ad ogni cliente secondo le proprie necessità di gestione dei flussi. Inoltre propone strumenti innovativi e molto intuitivi, di facile utilizzo da parte di tutte le figure coinvolte in azienda. Molto interessanti i moduli utili per l'assegnazione e gestione delle attività ed il Gantt. Utili i percorsi guidati nella creazione di un ticket o nella sua gestione.

Cons

Non ho nulla da segnalare per quanto ho potuto vedere oggi o nelle precedenti presentazioni. Ad oggi non utilizziamo direttamente Mainsim e non abbiamo una conoscenza completa di questa soluzione.
