getting visitors signed in has allowed me to do more at the intake process. I can work on multiple intakes at a time.

Pros

Envoy is great with visitor management when we don't have a receptionist at the front desk and even when we do.

Cons

It's not anything I like least per say, I am in the learning stages. Time will tell if this is a good addition to our practice.

Nice clean design, very visitor-friendly. Few glitches that took a while to work up with SF data connections, but overall final experience is very good!

Pros

Easy and user-friendly app for visitors and mail management. Like the clean design and personalisation options.

Cons

There was an issue with getting app to stop suggesting host name - we can't have that due to GDPR, it took a while to be solved and took few tries from Customer Service.

We use Envoy for a few different features, but each of them is extremely valuable and works very well for us. It has simplified an already quite simple task and made it easy for us to stay organized and in compliance.

Pros

I love the feature that alerts you when a guest arrives for you, and that it allows us to track all visitors and their signed forms in one place.

Cons

I'm not sure if this always applies, but the way that we have it set up requires internet connection in order to complete and submit visitor forms.

Pros

Envoy was easy for both our visitors and employees to use. It gave visibility to admin to get an accurate count of how many visitors are on site.

Cons

The price point for Envoy was a bit high compared to others that did the same or similar things that we needed.

Envoy is the visitor booking system we use. It's helpful that you get a notification when your visitor signs into the building (saves front desk messaging your separately, very helpful if they are busy)

Pros

It's really simple to use for booking people in (also used for desk booking during covid)

Cons

Nothing was negative about using Envoy. It is very user friendly.

I've been using Envoy for 8 months and overall I give it an 8 out of 10, and would recommend it to other companies.

Pros

Envoy makes it easy to keep track of all visitors coming into the facility for any reason (employee, vendor, visitor, member, etc.) by using one of the three options of manually signing in via iPad provided by Envoy, scanning a QR code, or manually signing in via website.

Cons

I don't like that you have to manually select "sign out" for each visitor instead of having a "select all" option to sign more than one visitor out at a time. When I host events there are usually at least 40 people who have to be signed out one by one instead of by batch.

No issues with the platform and it made the notification process of visitors much smoother than using Teams/Ring doorbell to notify someone was in our lobby.

Pros

Ease of use for visitors and the notification to the host really benefited our office as we don't have a FT receptionist.

The cost was relatively high but manageable.

Overall, the price can be a bit steeper, but it is so user friendly and it pairs so well with some of the critical softwares we use, like Okta and Slack, that it easily makes up for it.

Pros

I work for remotely, and we use Envoy for checking in and capacity limits each time we pop into the office to have a little face-to-face interactions. It is really great because it allows you to tell the company in real time how many faces they should be looking to expect while also taking out the complication of phone calls and micro management

Cons

The price is a bit steeper than other competitors, but for the range of softwares we use and their integration with them, it is still worth
