Pros: Enjoy is super simple to set up and and use. We got Envoy up and running in a matter of about an hour or so. The set up flow is super easy and customizable to fit your business needs.

Cons: There is only a few packages with big price jumps. We determined to stay with the free version because the price for the packages vs the value you receive were not good. If there was à la carte features where you can pick a few features and you pay per feature we would highly consider paying for this product. Until then we can do with the free features.

The Envoy System is absolutely the best sign in system we have used.

Pros: It was very easy to set up. There are no extra fees involved, only what you choose to purchase. We searched for a couple of months for a sign in system that would be compatible to our needs and finally found Envoy. It has exceeded our expectations.

Cons: I would like to be able to remove the host field on the sign in screen. Other than that the system does everything we need it to do. Thank You

Overall: It allows us to monitor our visitors better enabling us to look and retain data about our visitors. It was easy to set up use.

When I first used it as a visitor It captured my photo and then take important details. Very good.

Pros: The user interface is very good and user friendly, it captures the most important details of the visitor and it's easy to use specially for elders. I also like the idea of sms notification and email notificication, it enables the host to know in advance that he/she has a visitor.

Cons: The least I like about this software is the recepient or the host could not reply to the envoy. If the recepient is not in the area he cannot advice the envoy or the visitor.

Pros: Easy to use for users and guests. Love having the option of an NDA which can be signed as soon as a guest checks-in.

Cons: I do not have any cons at this time for the software. This has been a great addition to an office who is new to security protocols.

Pros: The ease of use. I like how I can check immediately who is signing in and who is already signed in and edit any errors on the spot. Being able to put my company name on the display is a plus.

Cons: I can't think of any cons. This software does exactly what I need it to do. I am happy to go with paperless sign-ins.

Overall: With this software I was able to get rid of paper sign ins. Along with this product I purchased an iPad with the stand so the whole check in process looks better and more professional.

It was a super quick and easy process!

Pros: The tool is so fast and effective for checking visitors in. I like how the application guides you through the process in a simple, quick way.

Cons: This tool is simple and great for its current objective, but I am not sure how it can continue to innovate. Like what's next for Envoy?

Pros: easy to use, great way to store information, great placed for signed NDAs. Connects to the printer with ease.

Cons: none at the moment, it works perfectly for what we need it to do. Sometimes the printer doesn't work but that is minor.

Pros: Envoy Visitors helps our department to easily track down visitors (students, alumni, parents, partner organizations). With the help of this software, we were and still able to prepare the needs of our visitors ahead of time, thus, lessening their waiting time. It also aids in easily tracking visitors' contact information whenever we have further concerns to them. Aside from these, what I like most about Envoy Visitors is the added security it gives to the institution I am currently working with.

Cons: None, so far. Envoy Visitors has been a great help to our visitor registration management and campus security since the day it was deployed.

Pros: People think it is really cool to have an iPad check them in. Plus the photo sent to slack is always fun.

Cons: It seems to crash or get disconnected from the internet quite often which takes away from the simplicity of the system.

Envoy is used at all of our sites for sign in an delivery. I admin this.

Pros: Simplicity. The Envoy system has great features and is able to handle all that we would ask of it. However, even with all these pieces, it is still very easy to admin and get setup and working.

Cons: I don't have any known issues with Envoy. The product works with almost no issues or need to call support. For an IT team this is a dream come true scenario.

Overall: Envoy guest tracking is perfect for recording who was here, when, and to see who. Plus the package tracking on top of that tells us what arrived and notified directly through Slack channel so there is no delay. Information and accountability.

My company uses Envoy and it has worked very well for us with the multitude of well thought feature.

Pros: Ease of configuration and ease of use in general. Every visitor who comes to our space expresses the ease of signing in and getting a badge printed (yes we have the badge printer). A group of us receive a text message, email and an instant message (they support multiple IMs) when someone comes to see us and signs in. Our delivery people just touch a pre-built button and we are notified of their presence. Of course, you don't want the mailman signing in all the time.

Cons: Sorry I have nothing to dislike about Envoy. We compared and did a PoC with 11 other competitors of Envoy and we ended up with them . I wish we tried them first.

The customer support has been wonderful. We have found the system to be intuitive and easy to use.

Pros: Easy to use. Nice clean look. Well thought out. We just started implemented using it today, so we are still on a learning curve.

Cons: when I first signed up for the trial offer, it was confusing about what the costs would be for a basic program, but your customer service folks helped me.

Pros: Its simplicity. The elimination of the "log book" system of the host since everything will be on the ipad. The notification system is great

Cons: The only con I can think of is that you can't reply on the message or you can't inform the reception that you are not around

Overall: The notification system. It gives me a heads up that someone will be visiting me at the office and gives me time to prepare

Pros: What I like most in the system is the customizable input fields (visitor information) that can be modified if desired. Also the interface of the visitor registration form and the receptionist's dashboard in monitoring visitors.

Cons: The system is internet-based and the system will not function if internet connection problems occur. Also the visitor input application is only for Apple devices. They should have an application version for Android devices.

Overall: The visitor recording/registration is very helpful and the data can be easily retrieved for security and other purposes. This eliminates the traditional log sheet manual registration of the visitors and this system gives a good impression/image to the university in terms of new technology implemented to the institution.

Easy to use visitor sign-in system that can be used for a company of any capacity.

Pros: This software is a really easy to use sign-in system used at our workplace. The user experience is optimized and our guests love the automatic badge printing that comes along with it.

Cons: Although this software is extremely user-friendly and highly optimized, some features on the software such as signing in visitors through the administrative end requires a more expensive subscription.

Pros: simplicity and accurate information. compared to most of the software programs I reviewed this one by far was the perfect fit for our new company. guest are very impressed with Envoy.

Cons: It did take a short while for our IT department to set up the program and upload our active directory. once that was completed it has been quite simple.

Pros: It seamlessly integrates with your active directory and has some great features that makes this a necessity in any office. Easy to manage, makes check-ins efficient.

Cons: My experience working with support was mostly over chat. They were ultimately able to work with me to get my issue resolved, but you do need some patience.

Pros: Our employees love the notification features. Our visitors love the "been here before" feature. The visitor badge printing system works well and one of the nicer features is the pre-printed badges that Envoy offers. Overall the system is working out extremely well.

Cons: My least favorite part of the offering is the licensing. At first I thought I would be able to offer it in all of our locations and I felt the cost warranted the ability to do this. However, having the ability to have unlimited entrances works well in our corporate headquarters.

Overall: Visitor tracking, employee notifications and pre-printed color badges are significant benefits compared to what we had before.

Pros: Quick install. Fairly integration to Azure AD. Great set of integrations. You can customise the experience for the guest and all the things you might need are there.

Cons: Not many, small features but if you ask you might get it. It's not fully integrated to Azure AD (Office 365) yet but some thanks to PowerShell it can be bridged

Pros: I love that they always let you know when there is a problem. The software was just plug and play, with clear concise instructions on how to use it.

Cons: Some things can't be customized, like setting the notification type for ALL users across the domain.

Pros: It has a very simple GUI interface which is self-explanatory and very easy to use. The search functions allow for multiple results from as short of a string as the user would like to use.

Pros: Thanks to Envoy we are now turning of front Lobby into a No-Host (Receptionist) Lobby and saving our company a lot of money. We pre-register guest for large meetings, we're in the process of scanning of packages and of course, we love the main feature in which we purchased Envoy for initially, to sign our guest or vendors in. We're doing our pilot process now and it's been working for us like a charm. I'm thoroughly excited about what's next, so please keep me informed. Thank you so much!

Cons: None really. I've had for the most part amazing results. However, we are considering getting two or three just to speed up the process for the larger meetings because if not pre-registered it could take a little longer that we need to print out the badges one by one, whereas if we had additional equipment that would eliminate our problem of having people standing in line.

Overall: Envoy has been a life saver and it's capabilities are allowing us to now turn of front Lobby into a No-Host Lobby and saving our company a lot of money.

Pros: Envoy is extremely intuitive and has been a great asset to our company after we made the move to a secure floor. The program has been effective in making sure our visitors are expected, greeted and that we have proper documentation of their visit. Envoy has made this start-up look like we're playing big-league.

Cons: The only con I have is that I wish we could publish private notes to candidates, in their invite. Sometimes we need to give a specific instruction, and it would be nice to have it all come in one email.

Overall: This saves our Recruiting team a lot of time and worries when having candidates come to the office.

Pros: Fast updates when initially adding guests. Like how easy it is to get guests into the system for those who need to know (ie: receptionist, lobby security guard, actual guest, etc.)

Cons: I think the Been Here Before button should be larger and a bolder print. I would like if it was a way to have the program downloaded on other devices besides Apple products.

Cons: You can't fill the form just by typing, you have to choose in the provided list but not all the clients think about the list so they have to fill the form again cause it's not working

Pros: Customization with our backdrops is really nice. Also - additional access from computer makes using database easier.

Cons: Users often complain descriptive fonts are too pale and small.
It would also simplify things if all the data AND signature were on the same page.

Pros: Simplycity and reliability. In the past we used paper logbooks that really made our reception desk look antiquate and the registration porcess was slow and unreliable. The i-pad and the software have greatly upgraded the reception of our guests.

Cons: When we installed the system we also added the printer for the badges, but the cost of the supplies and the overall speed and quality could be improved.

Pros: We are able to digitize and automate our visitor registration workflow. The notifications are great (e.g., thru e-mail, sms, slack). The iPad user interface is user-friendly and customizable. We also get to extract all the data and the built-in dashboard also has some visual analytics for easy reference. The customer support is fast and the staff is friendly to deal with.

Cons: We just have one feature request to have the mobile and email details of the employees be hidden from view of the Receptionist (since our receptionists/security team is outsourced). This is not possible, but they said it may be considered for future developments.

Overall: Wow-factor for our guests/visitors! Ease of processing visitors for our receptionists/security, and instant notifications to the hosts.

Pros: The ease of use and how the app is so cleanly integrated w the desktop function. I like that it is in an excel format as well so I can very easily add visitors on a weekly basis, seamlessly.

Cons: I use the free service and in an ideal world, of course, I would not have to pay up for the pro account for as much as it costs. I want to eventually have terms and services integrated to our account but given our size/current revenue, it doesn't make sense to pay up yet.

Pros: I like that Envoy sends an email to the host so I, as front desk admin, don't have to call the host. I also like that we can send invitations to future guests so it's a quicker sign in process for them.

Cons: It would be beneficial if the software opened up to the current day automatically. Also, a view of a week at a time showing all the visitors for that week, or even month would be helpful.

Pros: Having been a Corporate Receptionist at other companies I have found this product to make the task of registering visitors unbelievably helpful. Visitors enter their own name into a system which then prints the badge and automatically notifies the employees. No more complaints about having misspelled a name or not notified an employee. We also use the photo function which makes it very easy for our employees to identify their visitor when collecting them from reception. Our clients are also impressed with our high tech sign in process.

Cons: The software itself leaves little to be desired. It has been well thought out. Our issues have been with employees not receiving the notification emails in their inbox. The junk filter on email software will place the email in junk or spam folder. Clearly explaining this issue to employees would save some frustration.

Overall: The stress of having multiple visitors, delivery vendors, ringing telephones and employees at reception with questions all at the same time was lessened, it didn't disappear; it just took one thing off the multi-tasking plate required to do the job well. I was able to quickly see at a glance what visitors were in the building. Following up with employees to collect their visitors was easier.

Pros: I love the Cisco ISE integration as it really improves upon our guest wireless experience for visitors. We used to have numerous issues with guest trying to create a wireless account manually and not understanding what they have to do.

Now, they automatically receive an SMS/email for their wireless credentials. All they need to do is simply walk to the meeting room and connect directly to our guest wireless with the wireless info in the SMS/email.

Cons: Not having the ability add logic to the sign-in form. We would like to add in logic branching into the sign-in form to make it cleaner without having a bunch of optional fields for the visitors to see. Chances are, if the fields are optional, the visitors won't fill it out.

Pros: I like the option on customizing your screen and the ability to create required fields for visitors to fill out. Another helpful feature is I can integrate it with our corporate directory, this helps our front desk staff identify the host of the guest. It also sends a message via SMS and email to the host that their guest has arrived.

Cons: This is not a show stopper but I am working with the Envoy support team to allow us to have control of the camera when taking guest photos rather than the existing automated camera feature which gives the guest 10 seconds to have a photo taken.

Pros: The UI is simple and clean, and for the most part, it is easy to use right out of the box. I also love the option to design and order custom badges with our own company branding on them, as an upgrade from the standard printed name badges. Envoy makes signing our visitors in much smoother and more professional with the digital interface. (Especially for a company in the tech/production industries.)

Cons: I tun into issues with the badge printer pretty often, so I'll have to hit up the troubleshooting section of the site a lot. The troubleshooting guide does usually help me solve my problems, though. There have only been a few instances where I've had to reach out to Envoy support or to my company's internal IT team for additional support on weird issues. One more con is that I wish we could have a little more control of the look of the iPad app, but that's not the biggest deal. The home screen and sign in pages still look great as they are.

Pros: The desktop browser version works flawlessly. It's easy to use and looks great. I like how responsive it is when people sign in to when it delivers email alerts.

Cons: The mobile version of the site leaves a lot to be desired. It's not optimized for mobile so a lot of the pertinent information shows up off the edge of the screen and the dropdowns don't use the built-in mobile interface so it's really hard to scroll to the selections I want. If it was built responsively to have the form flow downward if the page width shrinks, it'd solve a lot of the problems.

Pros: Been here before is a great feature, however it might be better to connect it with visitor's name rather than email, or both.

Cons: Notifications on Slack are sometimes late. It can take up to 5-10 minutes at times to get a notification, so it would be very helpful to improve this.

Amazing function and features for us! We use Envoy for office check-in operation.

Pros: Envoy support is quick, responsive, and invested. We use Envoy to support our operation in which people check-in at our front desk. The features and functions at the free level are bar-none. We are looking at possibly adding additional stations and perhaps moving to the paid version which adds a host of additional features too!
I honestly cannot think of a problem or issue with this software. The help desk team helped us resolve issues quickly and effectively, the software functions cleanly and swiftly, and the software has helped our office serve our students!

Overall: Creating an effective office management and maintaining a database of those who come in to our office.

We love it.

Pros: Very fast way to log in your visitors. Simple set up. Love the printed badges. Simple to operate for visitors.

Cons: Would be great if it would text arrivals and photos on the free one. Occasionally looses connection either the printer.

Overall: Simple visitor registration. And no more paper logs.

Pros: Envoy is the wave of the future for Reception. She is my virtual assistant. I am no longer subject to office hours and our visitors check-in schedule. I am free to move about the office, run errands and concentrate on other, more important parts of my job. Guests checking in have the option to input their name and other details which helps track and record visitor info. The check-in notification is instantly sent to the host with integrations including text and Slack. While it helps streamline the check-in process, the biggest benefit is to those front desk admins who are virtually chained to the front desk. It'll have you chanting "I'm free, I'm free!" I know I did :)

Cons: Only issue we've run into is with deliveries from FedEx or UPS that need a signature. It would be great if there was an option to virtually sign for packages...maybe one day!

Envoy just works.

Pros: Envoy is simple for our visitors to use. This is important to us because we routinely have anywhere from 10 to 100 customers in the building. Tracking who is in the building helps our Project Managers keep track of their customers. Being able to export visitor logs is also very helpful in case of an emergency or for reporting. Overall, we have had a great experience using Envoy and is leaps and bounds better than having a physical (paper) visitor sign-in sheet.

Cons: Very little to complain about, but sometimes the iPad goes offline and when it comes back online the syncing is not immediate.

The landscape mode for signing in could use some improvement. Some of the fields are hidden below the keyboard which can cause confusion. A dual or two column sign in for landscape would be a great addition.

Pros: Convenient. Fast. Easy to setup/manage. I can easily import a spread sheet with all the new hires to update the data base

Cons: Been supporting this envoy for a while and I don't see any real cons. Many other companies including the building property management uses this product.

Overall: easy checkin and badge printing for guests

Love Envoy, so simple and does it's supposed to do

Pros: Ease of setup with iPad and printer. Integrations to existing systems (AD, HipChat). User experience for guests, they love to use the system.

Cons: It was a bit expensive when we initially investigated the purchase but we managed to get a better price speaking to our account manager.

Sometimes email notifications are delayed.

Overall: Company guests are logged, sign NDA and notify who they are visiting without needing someone to be there

Pros: Ease of use + simplicity. UI is gorgeous. I feel like most of the features in the app tie into the overarching theme of simplicity.

Cons: The only issue I encounter on a regular basis and this could be because I'm not awake or had my coffee yet but I mix up "visitors "and "invitees" tab when I need to add someone into the system who is scheduled to come to our office.

Sometimes I get confused when my invitees sit in the queue for the day of they are scheduled to come in and it looks like they signed in but they havent yet. I can take a screen shot and show you what I'm talking about.

Overall: helps with coordinating interview onsites with candidates!

We encountered Envoy at a vendor's office and decided instantly that we had to have it.

Pros: It was easy and affordable to deploy and easy for the end user to use. Our front desk is often unattended, so our visitors really appreciate the ability to sign in and that it notifies the person they are here to see.

Cons: The one thing lacking is the ability for the visitor to put in the notification what company they are with. My colleague has spoken to support about this and suggested that enhancement.

Find system very user friendly for our visitors and it has accelerated our sign in process.

Pros: Ease of use for both visitors and myself as administrator. Easy to complete searches, fill in missing information and sign out visitors when they forget, which maintains an integrity of information.

Cons: Some visitors do not want to provide an email address and have to go through the whole sign in procedure if they visit again.

Overall: The major benefit for our company is in time saving as visitor information was previously gathered manually and then entered into a spread sheet due to C-TPAT requirements. It has also made the sign in process much quicker for our visitors and notifies the host via email that their visitor has arrived.

Very efficient method of registering guests.

Pros: It's easy to use. It has helped us streamline and control who has access to our facility. I like the SMS and email feature that notifies the host when their guests check in. It saves trees. We incorporate a visitor agreement in the sign-in process that used to be a paper copy.

Cons: Guests can forget to "Sign Out". Perhaps an email and /or SMS message can be sent to hosts if their guests are still "Signed In" after a certain period of time.

Overall: It has enhanced our security process of our facility by helping us anticipate our visitors.

Cons: no windows phone or windows 10 app, i would love the ability to install the app on my windows phone as well as have app specific notifications on my computer through a windows 10 app.

Pros: The system is set up for ease of use and accountability. No one likes change , but after the first initial use it runs smooth and I think will be an asset for the company.

Cons: Customers complain at first use of this product. But it seems to get easier for them each time after the initial use after they have been walked through it.

Pros: That's its a simple smooth check in process. The software is very efficient and effective which is very helpful.

Cons: The "Been here before" Icon at the bottom of the page. I think it should be bigger since a lot of guests miss this part. So I shadow and make sure to ask if they have been here before or would they need to register their info.

Overall: Helps save time and makes our job easier. Helps with security concerns and keeping track of who comes into the building.
