I like that I was able to deploy this solution and have printed badges all in about an hours time. The ease of install and use is great. For a product I had never seen, being able to go from purchase to installed in about an hours time is just unheard of in the IT world. This has made it far easier for our reception personnel to know who is supposed to be visiting, when and who they are here to see. Historically, people would arrive and reception may not have been notified so there was some confusion. Also the NDA being signed electronically during registration has been great.

Envoy had made the visitor experience easy and enjoyable. Guests are wowed by the technology. The software integrates with so many systems (phone apps, Apple Watch app, Slack, Apple TV, HipChat, Google, etc) and there are more being added every day.

Pros

Very easy to use, easy to manage.

Cons

There aren't a ton of features but the list grows each day.

Cons

Had a problem with the integration of MS Teams. Took a few tries and calls but we got it working.

Pros

Very fast way to log in your visitors. Simple set up. Love the printed badges. Simple to operate for visitors.

Cons

Would be great if it would text arrivals and photos on the free one. Occasionally looses connection either the printer.

The moment I watched your online video I was hooked and knew Envoy was the answer to our much needed updated visitor management system. The customer support team was on fire with answering questions and walking us through the capabilities you offer. I love how fast guest can check in and how quick our employee is alerted to their arrival. This has been a game changer for us. The photo is super helpful so we know who we are looking for when we walk downstairs to greet them. Envoy you rock!

Pros

SUPER user friendly. Quick and simple. Notification time is impressive to our employees to alert them their guest has arrived. Photo software so you know who you are looking for in the lobby. The system uses and iPad which is super easy and familiar to people. The software helps you track guest from your PC. Envoy makes a great first impression for your customer!

NDA and notice on who comes in and out of the office

Pros

It was simple to install and integrate onto Slack, so notification is great and simple. We also use the standard NDA and that has been helpful.

Cons

So far everything has been working well. Although, I wish that when I manually update the contact list on the computer, I would get a notification saying that it has been updated on the app as well. This is something small though.

This helps us easily track who has visited, how many people have visited and how long they have stayed for. It has been a great product to use so far.

Pros

Easily signs in guests and creates a nametag for them. It also allows us to have guests sign any waivers or forms. It even has Slack integration to let us know when a guest has arrived.

Cons

Sometimes it has had connection issues with the printer but this has gotten a lot better the past few months.

Pros

Ease of setup with iPad and printer. Integrations to existing systems (AD, HipChat). User experience for guests, they love to use the system.

Cons

It was a bit expensive when we initially investigated the purchase but we managed to get a better price speaking to our account manager. Sometimes email notifications are delayed.

Pros

It was easy and affordable to deploy and easy for the end user to use. Our front desk is often unattended, so our visitors really appreciate the ability to sign in and that it notifies the person they are here to see.

Cons

The one thing lacking is the ability for the visitor to put in the notification what company they are with. My colleague has spoken to support about this and suggested that enhancement.

using this system, made our entrance look tidy and sophisticated. everyone that visited our office loved the new check in gadget.

Pros

Easy to use - everything about this system is likeable. simple to set up and use. Able to cover all the required check in questions.

Cons

Visitors that are elderly or not tech savvy have a harder time not using paper to check in , but Envoy visitors makes it simple to walk them through and the larger font feature is also an asset.

Reason for choosing Envoy

experienced the use of this product in another office, neat look and efficiency were deciding factors.

Pros

I like the fact that the product worked right out of the box. It didn't take long to learn how to customize the experience for our own guests and staff. Lots of features to which we will most likely use all of.

Cons

Printers were an issue for us. We understood that we could use multiple iPads but did not realize that we could only use one printer with our purchase. Also the contact screening export in excel is too limited. We only see a list of email addresses. This could have used more contact information (Full names/Dates).

Pretty cool product, doing a good job of aggregating, good growth touch points to engage

Pros

Clean UX, great customer support, easy to add offices, good admin settings / preferences. Once you have the software set up, you're humming. The slack integration is great too.

Cons

You have to order your materials yourself, but Envoy makes it easy, just an extra step. Other than that I think it's a great software.

The client information is always easily accessed. I also like that I can put what ever question I need to ask all the list. I like that the client or I can preregister them for their appointment

I think the Been Here Before button should be larger and a bolder print. I would like if it was a way to have the program downloaded on other devices besides Apple products.
