Pros

Fast updates when initially adding guests. Like how easy it is to get guests into the system for those who need to know (ie: receptionist, lobby security guard, actual guest, etc.)

Cons

UI for adding e-mails could be a little better. Sometimes feels like there is a lot of back and forth clicking.

It's a good application that gets the job done. Nothing to fancy, it just works.

Pros

Very Good basic checkin system. You don't need the bells and whistles for something like this and this product delivers.

Cons

The Envoy passport app needs to update the screen resolution for the bigger iPads. Another thing I've noticed is that, if you are signing into multiple iPads with the same credentials, the app would say that the account is being used. But if you exit out of it and go back into the app, it works fine.

Cons

when I first signed up for the trial offer, it was confusing about what the costs would be for a basic program, but your customer service folks helped me.

There are numerous perks with this system, but two stand out for us. To begin, the fantastic first impression! Our guests are always commenting on the ease of use ~ for check-in and check-out, the professional appearance, and the technology we are implementing. We have had a number of guests partner with Envoy at their own businesses after becoming familiar with our system. In addition, with three office locations, our employees quickly receive the notification of their guests' arrival and are able to retrieve them. We have been extremely thrilled with Envoy and are proud to partner with them!

easy checkin and badge printing for guests

Pros

Convenient. Fast. Easy to setup/manage. I can easily import a spread sheet with all the new hires to update the data base

Cons

Been supporting this envoy for a while and I don't see any real cons. Many other companies including the building property management uses this product.

Intuitive, easy to understand. I have not used customer support so would rather not review for customer support.

Cons

Wish I could customize reason for visit. Otherwise all good. I think this survey is bad though because I am not the one paying for the service so why am I rating the value for money?

Very easy to use for our community. No training required. Very intuitive. Campus roll out had few bumps bc it is that easy.

Cons

Long wait process on requested feature and may not occur bc it has to be an additional request from other company users.

My office doesn't have a receptionist, so after much to-do about what we were going to do about it, we decided to purchase Envoy - and we are so happy that we did! Everything about Envoy is easy. It's easy to set up. It's easy to use. I've never had to call customer support, so I can't so I can't comment on that.

Customer services and support has been second to none and the team at Envoy are always happy to help and assist, day or night. In a large office it can be hard to find the host. Envoy makes it easy to let the host know their guest has arrived so reception doesn't have to run around the office looking for them. It is very easy to set up and use. I haven't had to connect with customer service on very much, but when I did, they swiftly solved my issue. The more my office grows, the more feature I have turned on, like the NDA at sign in. The picture feature and printed badges add another layer of security. Love the product and would highly recommend it other companies!

The Envoy system is simple and easy to use. Our organisation has customised the sign in fields to create a fast and efficient way to ensure we are up to date with the visitors on or premises. We have been able to eliminate bulky sign in visitor and contractor registers at our Reception desk, having been replaced with a slimline Ipad with a customised logo. The Envoy system has saved time when regular visitors and contractors arrive as they are able to use the 'been here before' tab and the system recognises their details.

Cons

I don't know if it is available. For visitors that come often, it would be convenient to save visitor info for reuse.

Pros

The process end to end is simple and straightforward to use. Setting up was easy, deployment and then I get great feedback from the employees using it as well as some of our visitors.

Cons

Honestly I have not come across any real issues or challenges. I just wish it came with a simple how to guide that I can share with my employees but even then dont think it is needed.

Pros

The desktop browser version works flawlessly. It's easy to use and looks great. I like how responsive it is when people sign in to when it delivers email alerts.

Cons

The mobile version of the site leaves a lot to be desired. It's not optimized for mobile so a lot of the pertinent information shows up off the edge of the screen and the dropdowns don't use the built-in mobile interface so it's really hard to scroll to the selections I want. If it was built responsively to have the form flow downward if the page width shrinks, it'd solve a lot of the problems.

Cons

There are some language/structural changes that might make it more versatile and more suited to the academic world.

Reason for choosing Envoy

It was way more flexible and addressed more of our needs.

I love Envoy. As someone who works at the front desk of a company with a lot of visitors, I find Envoy helps make my job fun and rewarding. Our guests are able to sign in with ease, which allows me to focus on helping them feel at home. The best part of Envoy, though, is the top notch customer service: I actually look forward to chatting with them when I have a question or concern because they are genuinely interested in learning how they can assist their users and improve their product. I highly recommend Envoy!

Incredibly positive experience with Envoy from soup to nuts. Their customer service and support is top-notch and the system is fantastic. We use Envoy to register students when they arrive on campus for their interviews and it sends an immediate notification for our interviewers to let them know the student has arrived. Everyone in our community has raved about it and the kids love how "high-tech" we are now as a school. We have every intention of continuing to use Envoy into the future!

Envoy completely changed how our front desk handled guests. The app is brilliant and just plain works. They've constantly built upon the already rock solid platform and it keeps getting better. Allowing pre registration of guests and host notification has helped ease the strain on our front desk, who would at times be greeted with over 100 guests at once.
