Pros

Quick install. Fairly integration to Azure AD. Great set of integrations. You can customise the experience for the guest and all the things you might need are there.

Cons

Not many, small features but if you ask you might get it. It's not fully integrated to Azure AD (Office 365) yet but some thanks to PowerShell it can be bridged

The front desk. The place that not only makes your businesses first impression on the client/guest, but shows your intentions as a company. You can define yourself in the lobby/waiting area with simple things, art on the walls, the carpet, the furniture. But that is all a waste of time if your visitor greeting process is leaving something to be desired it can lower the visitors expectations dramatically. Envoy leaves nothing to be desired. Seamlessly integrated into our reception team its features are first class. Not only does it make the job of our team on reception easier, with features like pre registered guests, NDA signing and much more, these features show the customer that we are welcoming them in and greet them appropriately. Its brilliant.

Pros

Everything! so many features!!

Cons

I have absolutely nothing to complain about, minor issues are always fixed fantastically fast by the support team!

No more trying to find information in papers/binders. Saves room by archiving on cloud-based records rather than binders. Gives a better/updated impression of our company.

Pros

Very straight forward to set up and user-friendly.

Cons

Haven't found any yet - been using it for almost a year (less the closed office of the last couple of months due to COVID). But have had nothing but positive feedback from users and even implemented in another office of ours, after they tried it here.

Pros

Slack integration for easy notifications of visitors. Also the ease of setting up the product made this one the obvious choice.

Cons

Love the product so nothing we do not like. We have been using the product for some time now and compared it with our products similar and we found this to be the best there is.

I like that it keeps track of visitors and contact information. We can easily identify who has been here and follow up with them. It has cut back on making copies of forms, scanning, and filing. Also, it is nice not having to ask visitors to sign them. It has helped with COVID screening.

Pros

It is very user friendly. Easy to generate reports for specific details. It makes our office have a tech forward presence. I like that I can add or remove legal documents, which also cuts down on paperwork and having to constantly ask visitors to sign forms. It also has the great feature of remembering returning visitors.

Cons

The printer and Ipad are constantly going off line at one of our locations. Not sure what the problem is with that feature.

### "Envoy is the best thing I ever did for my front desk!"

From the minute I expressed interest in the Envoy system, their customer support was on top of it answering every question I had with as well as being transparent about the capabilities of the system. I work in a residence hall on a college campus and we use Envoy to track our visitors- a huge safety concern and Envoy makes that easier for us.

Pros

I love the Dashboard. Super user friendly, the search feature is awesome, and I love that it uses an iPad for sign-ins rather than the staff doing the sign-in manually. The text feature works well for our students.

Cons

There are a few guest policy restrictions that we have currently that are a little difficult to manage with Envoy so it does rely on our staff to be very conscientious (such as, host residents are only able to sign in one guest at time but the Envoy system does not yet prevent a host resident from doing that. The Envoy team is working on it and we are hoping to have that in place soon!)

Pros

We have this at my company and it makes it quick and easy to know when guests are arriving. Ours is hooked up with an iPad so it also captures a photo of the visitor.

Cons

I think it would be helpful to put that you are there for multiple hosts, as sometimes it would be beneficial to email multiple people that your guest has arrived.

Pros

I love that if I'm away from my desk and a visitors arrives I'm immediately alerted. As a busy office manager, I really feel like this is key especially if I'm away from my desk and working on a project.

Cons

I feel like sometimes it glitches on my ipad and freezes up which is really annoying.

Envoy takes the focus on the mad scramble to sign my guest in, track down, and alert their host and lets me focus on greeting my guest and making them comfortable. It makes sure each visitor signs our NDA and frees up my time to have a chat with the guest when appropriate without the added distraction of trying to herd cats. Envoy constantly adds integrations and tool sets that are valuable to my use case.

Pros

I love the simplicity and the ability to use the product in a number of optional configurations. I've been a customer for several years and the improvements have been constantly valuable. They REALLY listen to customer feedback.

This tool lets me not have to worry about people coming and going because I know the app is going to take care of signing people in and out. The other cool thing was setting up the NDA which is crucial sometimes.

Pros

Easily understood interface. Clear instructions for office users. Setup from admin point of view was a breeze.

Cons

Haven't found any downsides to the app yet. CS is on point and very helpful!

Our overall experience has been a very positive one. Visitors seem quite capable of using ENVOY with very little help required. Although occasionally we have Visitors that struggle & once you step them through it one time, the next time they return they seem quite confident to do alone.

Pros

It is very easy to use. Saves Time Good Security

Cons

When our Company has upgrades or updates internally it affects the Envoy Software on the Apple i-Pad and causes several technical issues which usually takes a couple of days to fix & become functional again.

Pros

The integration with slack and also the picture of the guest being sent to the host. Its nice to know who you are looking for if you've never met the guest before.

Cons

You can only have one host. Would be nice to add more than one host in case multiple people need to be informed someone has signed in.

It seamlessly integrates with your active directory and has some great features that makes this a necessity in any office. Easy to manage, makes check-ins efficient.

Cons

My experience working with support was mostly over chat. They were ultimately able to work with me to get my issue resolved, but you do need some patience.

Pros

Very easy to track who is going into the office, manage visitors (back when we used to have them), and make sure we are not over-crowding the office during a dangerous time. It takes less than 30 seconds to make yourself as present and attending, and is easy to understand.

Cons

I honestly think it should take fewer clicks to access the platform. My company has a number of different offices, and envoy really should remember which office it is that I keep logging into.

No matter what your title is or which department you belong to your time and energy are valuable. My office is an Envoy office because avoiding wrangling office guests and starting our meetings on time continues to pay dividends back into productivity. The real appeal though, is that Envoy is so easy to set up and use that I'm confident I can put my attention wherever else it's needed in the workplace. Now that's value! If you aren't convinced, I strongly recommend you reach out and give them a try.

The company I work for uses Enjoy for their front desk, asking users to sign in when visiting someone at the office. When I have visitors, family or clients, they all mention how clever the check in process is.

Pros

I love the emails for when a visitor has arrived for me; their name, expected length of visit, and even a photo of them at that moment. The interface is great and I've yet to find someone who didn't understand how to use it. Love their support team as well, they've been quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It's rare for the product to run into problems but if it does there's world class customer support behind you.

Cons

There's little worth complaining about when it comes to Envoy.

Wonderful so far. Visitors get instant notifications once a package or piece of mail is processed through the software, it's clear and concise and overall smooth process for all.

Pros

The system itself is very easy to use, easy to navigate and easy to troubleshoot for a person who uses it only on the surface level. I was able to start using the program within 15 minutes and less, and felt comfortable showing how to use the system to another coworker on day one. That says a lot about a software that's fairly robust, yet simple and has a straight forward interface.

Cons

I've heard people having trouble downloading the app on their phone, however, that's the only negative feedback I've heard and it wasn't a personal experience. I don't have much experience on comparison, however, I feel strongly recommending this software for others to implement.

Pros

Envoy support is quick, responsive, and invested. We use Envoy to support our operation in which people check-in at our front desk. The features and functions at the free level are bar-none. We are looking at possibly adding additional stations and perhaps moving to the paid version which adds a host of additional features too! I honestly cannot think of a problem or issue with this software. The help desk team helped us resolve issues quickly and effectively, the software functions cleanly and swiftly, and the software has helped our office serve our students!

helps with coordinating interview onsites with candidates!

Pros

Ease of use + simplicity. UI is gorgeous. I feel like most of the features in the app tie into the overarching theme of simplicity.

Cons

The only issue I encounter on a regular basis and this could be because I'm not awake or had my coffee yet but I mix up "visitors "and "invitees" tab when I need to add someone into the system who is scheduled to come to our office. Sometimes I get confused when my invitees sit in the queue for the day of they are scheduled to come in and it looks like they signed in but they havent yet. I can take a screen shot and show you what I'm talking about.

Pros

We've been using this app for about a year and then our ipad has been stolen. I liked that we had an opportunity to keep track of our visitors.

Cons

I don't think it's been used very often. We get a lot of deliveries in the office and the couriers usually are in rush and they don't have time to indicate their full name, email, and company in order get in. So most of the time they just knocked on the door instead of using our Envoy App
