Pros

Ease of use. Visitors are able to sign-in hassle-free. It is also easy to make updates to any forms that visitors sign.

Cons

I would like it if the system had tracking ability for employees too. It would be nice if their was a feature that allowed employees to scan in and out so they could be accounted for in the event of a fire alarm.

I had a positive experience on all fronts it was easy to setup and use for me and others.

Pros

I used envoy at a previous job both to enter the campus as well as to bring other people on campus. It was easy to setup, and easy to use. It made the process of both entering the campus and bringing others on very straightforward.

Cons

There really wasn't anything that I had trouble with on Envoy.

It is simple to use especially with a trial version what you can use for 30 days and then decide to pay.

Pros

I just tried to use this software and found that it can be very useful for front desk communications. It contains many tools to manage visitors and package delivery.

Cons

I have not found any cons yet, but I just started to use it and it is trial version. Only positive feedback so far.

we like it more and more, and visitors seem to not have too much problem with it. One thing is that it can take a while to get through it before the label prints out.

Pros

Interface is simple, customers like the look and ipad

Cons

sometimes adding names manually gets glitchy

Reason for choosing Envoy

recommendation initially, then after I researched it, the reviews. And then the customer implementation team was very helpful and made it easy.

Pros

The envoy phone application has to be my favorite feature about Envoy. I work in healthcare and therefore see many clients/employees coming in-n-out of the office. The application allows for a safer and faster check in process. I just register through my phone, fill out the appropriate boxes, and done!

Cons

This software has no downs for me! Easy to invite new users and install on your phone.

Pros

Been here before is a great feature, however it might be better to connect it with visitor's name rather than email, or both.

Cons

Notifications on Slack are sometimes late. It can take up to 5-10 minutes at times to get a notification, so it would be very helpful to improve this.

Envoy is great for having guests visit. They sign in on our iPad downstairs and our users get notified of their guests' arrival. Returning guests are automatically recognized. As far as setup and troubleshooting, couldn't be easier. Very intuitive dashboard and app.

We used to use a cheaper app that was very buggy, very ugly, and made everyone sigh and roll their eyes. It would take up a lot of time, and often, visitors would just skip it altogether. It had a terrible backend and pretty much nothing noteworthy in terms of features. Then we switched to Envoy. Amazing experience -- from trial to onboarding to working out kinks during setup (which is part of using any app). Envoy has changed the way we welcome visitors for the better. It matches with our companies brand of seamless, effortless customer experience. Not to mention, it looks great. I now actually get compliments about our sign in system, instead of eye-rolls! Our staff love it as well. The pre-registration link is so convenient, and the invite email feels so luxe. Overall, we love it.

Pros

Great experience trying it and buying it. Sleek design. Quick, intuitive. Wonderful customer support that helps out with setting things up. Such cool features. Can't say enough good things about it.

Cons

The jump in pricing from mid to high tier is a bit much to commit to; although I'm sure it's worth it.

Visibility with the guest experience, less effort to contact the hosts, a cool system, etc. Never any negativity.

Pros

The thing I like most about Envoy is how user-friendly it is. I have eyes everywhere because of it and it helps me stay connected with the guests and hosts and their experience.

Cons

I really never have any issues or negativity toward the system. I think it has lost service for a short period twice in the year or so I've been using it.

Pros

I really enjoy being able to send out emails in advance to large groups to get them checked in early and their initial check in goes fast. We also have vendors and contractors that visit us frequently so it is great to have their information saved for a faster check in.

Cons

Sometimes it glitches and returning users information is not saved which can cause sign in to take longer.

Managing a busy reception desk is no easy feat, but Envoy's Visitor Registration app does more than its fair share to help with that. The app itself is so simple for visitors to use, and the administrator portal is neat, clean, and generates statistics that have been helpful in pulling together reports. The automatic notifications to hosts through email, text message and Slack, as well as the ability to notify both hosts and their assistancts facilitate visitor welcoming immensely. What takes this product above and beyond, though, is the incredible assistance I have gotten from the Envoy Support team for the few and minor hiccups I have experienced in my 1.5 years using the product. The Envoy team is doing great things; I can't wait to see what's next!

Security, commodity, no worries, good administration of who enters the company, etc.

Pros

It's easy to use for the visitors. I think that the picture should be taken faster (the visitors experience)

Cons

It's not that easy to use for the user and the G suite connection should be something easy to learn. (example: I don't have to enter the users manually)

Pros

The design, it is very straightforward and simple. I like that we can store previous visitors and the option to reprint badges from before. I also like that you can log into the envoy account in the browser and sign people out from there easily.

Cons

Wish there was an easier way to customize some things. I wish the small red dots that indicate a required field was larger and more noticeable.

The dashboard is really easy to navigate. It did not take long to set up the software or to train our admin staff how to use it.

Cons

The feature to sign someone in from the dashboard is one that, in my opinion, should come with the basic/standard package...it seems like a pretty basic feature.

It's been a great experience so far and in light of Covid, we appreciate that it can be contactless.

Pros

We implemented this software a couple of months before the pandemic hit and received a really comprehensive training session from them. They were great about answering all of our questions and overall I feel that it's very user-friendly. Before we had Envoy, our sign in process was very onerous and manual so this has really saved us a lot of time. I also like how we get a list of managed visits emailed to us.

Cons

Sometimes there are glitches where people who did not visit that day are still included on the list of managed visits. Needs more compatibility with Android.

Cons

unfortunately the price. for the functions it has, despite the many additions, the annual price is really excessive for which many customers fall in love but then give up when they become aware of the cost they will have to bear.

We started using it about 6 months before the Covid-19 pandemic and we have never looked back! We were grateful to have it once we realized we needed touch-less sign in and digital records... it was sooo easy to adapt to the craziness of 2020.

Pros

I like that this software can be administered remotely and the updates automatically push to the ipad(s).

nothing that I can think of at this time
