Overall it been pretty good w/tracking our visitors and able to use it as our check-in process especially during this crazy pandemic.

Pros

The ability to generate reports to capture the number of visitors as well as who was site. The plus side of this is that you're able to export it to an excel report.

Cons

I currently have not feed back of what I currently like least.

Pros

Our guests enjoy the ease of using the Envoy system. We had to make a few adjustments so that all heights would be viewable by the camera.

Cons

they we are not able to have persons log out from any of our lcocations if they sign in at another building

Awesome

Pros

Very easy to setup. We purchased a different software initially and 6 weeks into it we still weren't live. We switched to Envoy and went live in an afternoon. Integration with our IAM system was slick. Support is awesome. UI flow for checking employees in is very smoothly and easy for end users.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about Envoy.

ease of use, ability to notify staff automatically of their clients, app notifications of client sign-ins

Cons

no windows phone or windows 10 app, i would love the ability to install the app on my windows phone as well as have app specific notifications on my computer through a windows 10 app.

It has enhanced our security process of our facility by helping us anticipate our visitors.

Pros

It's easy to use. It has helped us streamline and control who has access to our facility. I like the SMS and email feature that notifies the host when their guests check in. It saves trees. We incorporate a visitor agreement in the sign-in process that used to be a paper copy.

Cons

Guests can forget to "Sign Out". Perhaps an email and /or SMS message can be sent to hosts if their guests are still "Signed In" after a certain period of time.

Envoy guest tracking is perfect for recording who was here, when, and to see who. Plus the package tracking on top of that tells us what arrived and notified directly through Slack channel so there is no delay. Information and accountability.

Pros

Simplicity. The Envoy system has great features and is able to handle all that we would ask of it. However, even with all these pieces, it is still very easy to admin and get setup and working.

Cons

I don't have any known issues with Envoy. The product works with almost no issues or need to call support. For an IT team this is a dream come true scenario.

We have 7 floors at our HQ and Envoy is a life saver for tracking people down! We also use for our smaller single floor offices so that our receptionist and office team can focus on making sure our guest is taken care of instead of trying to find their hosts who could be in meetings, or away from their desks. Especially great if your office doesn't have traditional office phone setups.

Pros

Sleek interface, syncs with Google Apps, pre-registration is huge for our making sure our guests don't have to wait to check-in.

Cons

Wish they had a package notification feature! But the current features work great!

We use Envoy at multiple 100+ person organizations and have run into at many more, often much larger organizations. It is bar none the best visitor registration software out there, in all ways - it's cutting-edge, there's transparency, a steady stream of improvements, a lot of flexibility, etc. Great for registering folks at the office, or maybe registering people at conference/trade-show, and more. Talented and dedicated team. Can't recommend it enough.

Pros

Envoy is the wave of the future for Reception. She is my virtual assistant. I am no longer subject to office hours and our visitors check-in schedule. I am free to move about the office, run errands and concentrate on other, more important parts of my job. Guests checking in have the option to input their name and other details which helps track and record visitor info. The check-in notification is instantly sent to the host with integrations including text and Slack. While it helps streamline the check-in process, the biggest benefit is to those front desk admins who are virtually chained to the front desk. It'll have you chanting "I'm free, I'm free!" I know I did :)

Cons

Only issue we've run into is with deliveries from FedEx or UPS that need a signature. It would be great if there was an option to virtually sign for packages...maybe one day!

I honestly love Envoy! It is so easy to use and makes notifying the host of the visitor very easy. It is also very user friendly for whoever is using it and entering in information.

Cons

I really can't think of anything negative about this software. I wish more companies used it and I can see the moving towards it.

I have not had a bad experience at all with the software. I suppose the time when I change it sometimes doesn't change it on the person who i sent it to.

The tool is so fast and effective for checking visitors in. I like how the application guides you through the process in a simple, quick way.

Cons

This tool is simple and great for its current objective, but I am not sure how it can continue to innovate. Like what's next for Envoy?

I like Envoy but dunno if it's worth the cost. More of a luxury item.

Pros

I love that envoy allows us to ensure every guest has a process coming in and notification method for their internal visitor. For interviewers, it ensures our on sites are under NDA. This allows us to standardize our visits without having an office manager in every location. It always seems to be working and we rarely have a visitor unsure of how this works. Seems almost standardized for any office visit

Cons

For NDA's wish we had more control over sending this to specific google drives. It's very basic in features but does what it's supposed to - having a warmer intro (map, office overview, etc.) would be nice.

Great experience so far

Pros

Envoy is easy to use amd us allowed us to mange a safe return to our office during Covid. We’ve been able to track attendance and limit numbers to ensure social distancing requirements are met.

Cons

Envoy has been a great solution for us, we opened a walk up tech bar which was very busy, we use Envoy to check in users (on an ipad) and display a waiting list on a monitor. It also exports to our reporting system.

Pros

I don't like the pics are taken so quickly. As for females, we need an extra 5 second...lol to prepare for the pic.

With this software I was able to get rid of paper sign ins. Along with this product I purchased an iPad with the stand so the whole check in process looks better and more professional.

Pros

The ease of use. I like how I can check immediately who is signing in and who is already signed in and edit any errors on the spot. Being able to put my company name on the display is a plus.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. This software does exactly what I need it to do. I am happy to go with paperless sign-ins.
