Pros

The software is so intuitive and easy to learn. Features are clearly designed for industry specific needs and new functions are always being added! Customer service is top notch!

Cons

The reports are clunky and the specific data I want in order to make informed business decisions is often not avaible.

The SW is robust and comprehensive, and easy to pick-up within a minimal period of time. They have great online chat and staff support.

Pros

It's intuitive and easy to pick up and become proficient in the feature and functions within the SW.

Cons

Client confirmation reports should be available to the receptionist to be effective in the role.

Pros

The transition to Salon Ultimate was easy along with being easier to use functionally .

NA i love it , my only down is that we didn't use it sooner.

I liked the layout of all the tabs and finding what you needed was not too difficult, and it was easy to train staff

Over promised and under delivered. I guess this software was not intended for larger spas. The gift certificate tracking is lacking and the reports are incomplete. They have so much potential. I am very disappointed with the customer care and follow up.

Pros

The drag and drop appointment feature is very handy. The basic appointment booking is simple.

Cons

The reports need to be streamlined. There are so many to choose from and none that give me the. Inbred I need.

I have been so impressed with the customer service and personal time invested by the employes. I am very specific about the features that I require. I have looked into many software's and Salon Ultimate is the only Salon software that was able to provide me with every, I will say it again "every" feature I have been looking for. Super excited to get started.

Easy to use, easy to find what/where you need to do something, customer service via chat, email or phone.....so friendly and helpful. All the staff seem to really be proud of the company they work for! I've even spoken to one of the owners but would never have know it until I asked because he was so humble. I've used Millennium, Salon Biz and Booker and NOTHING is like Salon and Spa Ultimate. The software developers have clearly worked in the industry and know what is actually needed in the trenches on a daily basis. (And thank you for that!) It truly lives up to it's name! I HIGHLY recommend Salon and Spa Ultimate!!

In a time where software is highly competitive it is easy to fall prey to an 'over-promised & under delivered' product. Salon Ultimate is NOT that product. Not only is it a well thought out user friendly system, it is a system that will help grow and evolve WITH your business. The entire process from initial questions, to training, to cumbersome database conversion, to actual implementation was incredibly smooth. The salon I spearheaded migration for had a 15 year database and 2 locations (not a small conversion). The Salon Ultimate team was available and ready for the whole process. They were honest about challenges and supportive and thorough with all questions and concerns from the salons. To be able to synergistically run an appointment/POS management system as well as marketing/prospecting and online booking tools in one program shows that they are in tune with the busy operations and needs of a salon while simplifying important elements that will enhance your business. If you're looking for a product that offers excellent software and backs it up with fantastic customer service, this is the software for you. Thank you Alex & Salon Ultimate team!
