Its a very easy to understand design and intuitive to use overall. I’m happy with it and use it often

Cons

I haven’t come across anything yet. I think the functions are very intuitive to use and I don’t have anything in mind

Positive. Would recommend. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team provide fantastic client support. Kontainer is versatile and user-friendly as a digital asset management platform.

Pros

Usability and ease of use. Customer support is brilliant, extremely responsive and friendly team who are a pleasure to work with. We did an initial trial with them first, fully tested the product and their service and responsiveness was brilliant. They also gave us a charity discount. Then, we also used their support to import our assets to Kontainer. They were flexible and worked with us to do this effectively. Kontainer is a well-designed product with a strong UI and UX experience for users in being able to search, filter and manage assets and their related data.

Cons

A few limitations of use, but we overcame with some custom tech development. Their product roadmap means that they also wish to iterate and improve Kontainer too in a way that will benefit all customers. Limitations mainly around consent management and the ability to have more than one internal department accessing the same Kontainer account and the implications in set-up, ongoing management etc.

Overall it’s been a really smooth experience. It gives us a clear overview of all assets, makes it easy to find what we need, and simplifies sharing both internally and with freelancers. Smart folders are especially useful for creating different views for different stakeholders.

Pros

I really like the clean, intuitive UI and how easy it is to customize everything to fit our brand. It’s fast even with large files, and features like smart albums, tags, and flexible metadata make it easy to structure things exactly how our team needs. Overall great value for money.

Cons

Nothing major so far, but we work a lot with RAW files and previews can sometimes fail or not load correctly. It would be great if preview support was more reliable and worked across more file formats.

I am very happy with Kontainer thus far. It is fast, lots of customization and it has greatly reduced the amount of "can you send this image/logo?" emails.

Pros

Kontainer has greatly improved the workflow regarding images for all who has access. Both inside the organization or when using external partners.

Cons

It took some time figuring out how to set it up properly. However, when we had issues Kontainers customer service were quick to help solve the problem.

Pros

I like that the platform can be set-up in a way where it closely mimics a certain brand's look or feel.

Cons

Kontainer fits all my needs. At first there can take some time to learn how to navigate it, however, I'd say it is quite intuitive. I'm not the one who set up our company's Kontainer though, so I cannot comment on how easy or difficult the actual setup is.

Since Kontainer was integrated in my company, it has helped structuring and aligning med and my colleagues file storaging and sharing. Kontainer has in general made my work easier.

Pros

Kontainer has a very intuitive UI and UX and smart shortcuts that optimize my workflow and thereby make my everyday office life easier.

Cons

You will have to make sure that everybody in the company use Kontainer the same way to avoid file doublets and misaligned work structures

I have overall had a nice experience working with kontainier. It is very intuitive and so even though I'm new at my company and was thrown straight into my work- I had no problem understanding how it worked.

Pros

I most like how simple it is to use, how easy and visually pleasing it is to organize files within it. Also, I much appreciate how I can create folders and share them with others.

Cons

I have had a small problem with being "locked" into certain folders without being able to get back to the rest of our content. I can however, easily solve this by logging off and on again- hence, its not a big issue.

Uploading, organising, and distributing photos and videos takes minimal effort, and everything runs smoothly without technical issues or confusion. I appreciate that Kontainer brings structure to something that used to be scattered across different tools and channels. It saves me time, supports clear communication with colleagues and external partners, and ensures that the latest materials are always easy to find. Overall, Kontainer has made a noticeable difference in the efficiency and quality of my workflow, and I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Pros

What I like most about Kontainer is how easy and reliable it is to work with. Uploading and organising photos and videos takes no effort, and the platform makes it simple to share content with colleagues, journalists, and external partners. I appreciate that it just works. I also really like that everything is gathered in one place, so I always know where to find the latest assets. It saves me time, reduces back‑and‑forth communication, and supports a smooth workflow in my daily communication tasks.

Cons

While the search function works well, it could be even more powerful when working with large libraries of photos and videos.

It’s very easy to keep all our marketing assets organized in one place, and the interface makes it simple to upload, tag, and find files quickly. Sharing assets with external partners is also straightforward and secure.

Cons

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit slow when working with larger asset libraries, and a few features are not immediately intuitive, so it can take some time to fully learn how to use everything efficiently.
