Overall, Kontainer meets all our requirements, and the transition to the platform has been a smooth and positive experience. All the setbacks have been in our end.

Pros

I like how easy and intuitive Kontainer is to navigate. It didn't take long to get started, and managing files in the system is straightforward. The support team has also been very helpful whenever assistance has been needed. They keep integrating new features and when we ask about a feature or a workaround, they find a solution for it.

Cons

There are always small things you discover during a migration from an old system to a new one. So yes, there were some processes that needed to be changed compared to how we worked before, but Kontainer has been very helpful throughout the transition.

Our overall experience has been very positive. Kontainer has helped us streamline our asset management, improve collaboration across teams, and make it easier for external partners to access approved content. It has become an important part of our daily workflow.

Pros

Kontainer has made it much easier for us to manage all of our images and marketing assets in one place. Since we work with multiple Shopify stores, having a central asset library saves us a lot of time and ensures everyone is using the correct files. It's also very convenient for our partners, who can easily access and download the images they need.

Cons

Copying assets between folders or collections could be faster and more intuitive. Improving this workflow would make it even more efficient when managing a large number of assets.

My overall experience with Kontainer has been positive, as it makes it much easier to organize and access our image library. While there are a few challenges with navigation and search, it still saves time and improves collaboration overall.

Pros

I like that Kontainer keeps all our images organized in one place, making it easy to find and access what we need. It also makes sharing and collaborating with others much more efficient

Cons

I like least that it can sometimes be a bit slow to navigate when there are many files. It can also be difficult to find specific images if the search or tagging isn’t precise enough.

Positive. Would recommend. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team provide fantastic client support. Kontainer is versatile and user-friendly as a digital asset management platform.

Pros

Usability and ease of use. Customer support is brilliant, extremely responsive and friendly team who are a pleasure to work with. We did an initial trial with them first, fully tested the product and their service and responsiveness was brilliant. They also gave us a charity discount. Then, we also used their support to import our assets to Kontainer. They were flexible and worked with us to do this effectively. Kontainer is a well-designed product with a strong UI and UX experience for users in being able to search, filter and manage assets and their related data.

Cons

A few limitations of use, but we overcame with some custom tech development. Their product roadmap means that they also wish to iterate and improve Kontainer too in a way that will benefit all customers. Limitations mainly around consent management and the ability to have more than one internal department accessing the same Kontainer account and the implications in set-up, ongoing management etc.

Overall it’s been a really smooth experience. It gives us a clear overview of all assets, makes it easy to find what we need, and simplifies sharing both internally and with freelancers. Smart folders are especially useful for creating different views for different stakeholders.

Pros

I really like the clean, intuitive UI and how easy it is to customize everything to fit our brand. It’s fast even with large files, and features like smart albums, tags, and flexible metadata make it easy to structure things exactly how our team needs. Overall great value for money.

Cons

Nothing major so far, but we work a lot with RAW files and previews can sometimes fail or not load correctly. It would be great if preview support was more reliable and worked across more file formats.

I am very happy with Kontainer thus far. It is fast, lots of customization and it has greatly reduced the amount of "can you send this image/logo?" emails.

Pros

Kontainer has greatly improved the workflow regarding images for all who has access. Both inside the organization or when using external partners.

Cons

It took some time figuring out how to set it up properly. However, when we had issues Kontainers customer service were quick to help solve the problem.

Kontainer fits all my needs. At first there can take some time to learn how to navigate it, however, I'd say it is quite intuitive. I'm not the one who set up our company's Kontainer though, so I cannot comment on how easy or difficult the actual setup is.
