The support you get it good and fast which is very value able to my company. Cons Hard to use the the access feature, so making sure no one sees the content in the different groups. It helps us keeping things organized and easily accessible Pros I like the interface that is simple yet packed with functionality. And how you're able to customize the look of subpages within to different contexts like a website. It's also very handy to be able to mark several images and crop them to specific dimensions in one simple flow. The customer support is very help as well and gets back to you quickly. Cons I miss more ways to search your images easily; for example filtering with/without people, landscape/portrait format etc. It could be an AI scanning the database to propose obvious ways to filter the images. Cons When browsing through many subfolders, if you access one towards the end of the list, the system often returns you to the beginning of the folder list after you exit the subfolder. This requires you to scroll all the way back down to where you were, which can be frustrating, especially if you're trying to work efficiently with folders located towards the end of the list. It’s a significant investment, but it has already saved us both time and money by minimizing the time spent offering our customers the ability to customize images themselves, instead of us using resources and capacity to store a large number of images. Throughout the entire process, we have been guided and received professional advice on the setup by the Kontainer team, which has been a great help to us. Pros The programme is very nice and user-friendly to use. It has a good and wide basic foundation that looks very professional. It is easy to adjust to your design so it is aligned with a Brand. It is not only a very useful programme for our customers, but also for us as a company beacuse it gathers all our images for the sales force and saves us a lot of time and money in storing our images. And the service and support team is very fast and helpful. Cons I don't think there is any cons. If i have some challenges with the system, the support team is very helpful and help me at all times. Pros How it is linked-based. I like how it makes material easily accessible to our colleagues, and how material can be easily replaced. We are able to be GDPR compliant with the integrated workflows, which makes it easy for our colleagues to give consent. Your team provide good and flexible support and have made many changes based on our needs.
