Just for example, our contracts with the local suppliers are extremely complicated and this system accepts all kinds of pricings. The suppliers are also happy with how they receive bookings via Pink Elephant. It's easy to follow the financial part of the bookings on which we can rely. Cons There is no manual so we have to ask the support for explanations. Luckily the support is superfast and thorough. Cons Our company wayers GmbH formerly known as Praktikawelten has had negative experiences with the software company.They promised many services that could not be delivered and have been repeatedly in delay with no customer-orientated Project Management.After repeated delays and non delivery of requirements we had to take the decision to cancel the agreement. Pros Great ease of use, fast and detailed. The dimensions where we sell have expanded with hundreds of sales channels. We are using the quotation module on a daily basis to make offers to our direct clients but also Business Travel Agencies. Cons Like any reservation system, it needs to be filled with products. This takes time to grow, you need to invest time to but it's well worth it.
