We use teamwork all day long and I love it. Some opportunities for improvement:. My team sometimes get lost and don't know were to find specific tasks or forget to mark them complete. I set reminders but would be nice if this could be automated. Also Quickbooks integration is really weak and pretty much unusable.

We've researched and used a variety of products over the years. Teamwork outdistances them all thus far. The product team continually drives the value proposition up with great integrations and a stronger and stronger feature set. We now use this application across all of our business lines from IT projects to build projects. Very impressed.

Would like to see an integration with Sharepoint for storage.

Your product is in its infancy and is very limited compared to the competition: - no integration with facebook / twitter - no phone integration But for me, the worst feature is that with a basic (paid) subscription, you can't remove the 'powered by ...' text at the bottom of each email received by our customers. this was used in the beauty and health industry with great success! it was used to unite all of our team and let each other share data about clients. we also used it to schedule projects.

Pros

many cyber-newbies had an easy time with this app..made their lives easier, not harder.

Cons

not enough bells and whistles for what we were looking for.

We've had a lot of problems with reliability. Specifically email delivery stops and we don't get notified of new tickets. It happens at least a couple of times per month. Usually, we catch it ourselves and have to notify teamworks support. If you are having issues we need to be notified proactively.

The best feature is the Free help docs plugin. We were looking for a comprehensive support software for our SaaS business and TW Desk has literally all the functions we were looking for especially the help docs and automatic forwarding of tickets via email.

I expected to see cols and stories. However, the UI is not that hard to follow. I love the feature of hours reports and billing.
