Pros: Very comprehensive and covers pretty much everything we do, which makes life easy. We've worked really closely with them on our JDF integration project and we're really pleased with what we've achieved. Can't fault the team and their knowledge of print and integration is what made our project so successful. First class product, first class team.

Cons: Because it's a very comprehensive system, the implementation process does need a fair bit of time and attention. You need to spend time collecting data and inputting it into the system properly. This can take up quite a lot of time but it was worth it because we knew we wanted to get a good ROI on our investment. So a word of advice - make sure you make the time, make sure your team make the time or bring in additional resource if you need it.

a disaster!, we paid them over 10k, and they walked away from us

Pros: i could say i liked some features until i found an online system fully features with no extra costs, if anyone would like to speak with me, im happy to give free advice about the systems we have tried and the one we are currently using

Cons: any company that has to come and set up a software package for a few days run from, if you can't set up an online system, run from it, if it takes days for them onsite, then you will have months of grief

Overall: none, we have since dumped it, this was part due to the fact tharstern we not helpful after we paid them the money. if anyone else is interested, they have lovely brochures etc, but ask them to install the system to your satisfaction and then you will pay them, they will not do this !! enough said
