Contactzilla is shared contact management software that keeps business address books in one place and syncs them to employee phones. Teams import contacts from CSV, vCard, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Salesforce and other sources, organise them with labels, and control who sees what through segmented, read-only address books. Contacts reach iPhone and Android devices as native contacts, so names appear in the Contacts app and as caller ID on incoming calls, with no extra app to install. Delivery runs through mobile device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, or by QR code for unmanaged devices. Pros The interface of Contactzilla is super intuitive and looks great on iPadOS and iOS devices. I love the ability to have this on my iPad and iPhone and seamlessly switch between the 2. Cons I'd like a more integrated piece of software on MacOS, you can import it to .cvs but its lacking a 1 to 1 import for MacOS contacts.
