After a few conversations and a demo we were convinced we would improve RMA process right away. Because our IT agenda was too full for another implementation project, we did start with the portal of 12Return. Ever since we are still using their portal because it's working very smooth. Since the start of 12Return we got back our grip on this process and more gained insights about our returns. With the quick support of 12Return we were able to get up to speed in a few days!
