Easy to status candidates through the process, you can set up different position question profiles tied to each position for candidates to complete when submitting their resume.here are automation rules for candidates that can be set up to decline low skilled or highlight highly qualified candidates. Nice time savings feature.The team at PC Recruiter have been extremely responsive to our needs and have been there every step of the way as we configure and deliver their system. Cons It lacks in intuitive ease. Navigation is a very tricky and sometimes not as intuitive as we would like. There are some short cuts that appear to be missing. Pros The recent update has addressed prior issues with duplicate entries and the software is a great asset if you're trying to build out your database. Cons Select company from PCR Database still seems to have issues populating, although I'm not sure if that's an issue with the software itself or the way it is configured in my office. They are one of the few vendors left that actually listen to what users want / need. A must have!!! Pros Personify has been a main sequence / PCR customer since early 2001. Prior to selection (and candidly since) we have reviewed other ATS / CRM systems and have yet to find a provider as end user focused at Main Sequence. In our eight year run with PCR we have yet to have one issue go unresolved and in fact, in many instances, PCR has developed customized solutions that truly could only fit what our firm was trying to accomplish. There is ZERO question this is the ATS of choice - I would highly reccomend this product. Cons As indicated in my previous reccomendation, I truly do not see any real downside to PCR. I say this because they are so focused on meeting the demands of their respective end users. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Technical Support, Training and Billing and truly in all instances- I was thoroughly satisfied. Review Source TN Truett N. We use PCR every day and can't imagine functioning without it. The team at Main Sequence has always been very responsive to any issues or questions we have. They go beyond what it required to make sure we are having success with their product. Cons What should be simple improvements to the core system don't happen very fast - Product development is slower than desired in pacing with other technology that could work hand in hand with PCR. It is also is very adaptable to our business. The conversion team has been very open to assisting us immensely with adapting git to our business needs. Pros What I love the most is its simplicity, yet robustness and its ability to provide us the information that we need. Cons It was not as "contract" user friendly as I had expected going in. Having said that, the conversion team has and is going to great lengths to better serve our needs today and that I appreciate. No matter what my issue is, I know I can contact my sales rep, and he will ensure my problem is fixed by either doing it right then and there with me on the phone or ensuring a helpdesk ticket is created right away for me. Usually, after a ticket is created, someone from the technical team calls me within a day. Cons I think the company's training could be a little better structured. Instead of relying on us to let them know what we want to learn, it would be better for them to have a complete, comprehensive training course set up that covers all parts of PCR in a logical form. While the training we receive is good and informative, allowing us to use the software, I find we are jumping around, too. Review Source Michael S. Recruiting & HR Computer Software Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Easy to Learn and Good Functionality" April 1, 2016 3.0 I recruit FTE positions for a Healthcare software firm and I needed a good candidate tracking system and was easy to learn, so I could ramp up quickly and also had a quick and accurate tool for capturing candidate resumes and information. PCR meets my criteria and after using for 6+ months I'm satisfied that it's providing good value as a cloud based solution. Pros Easy to learn, easy to use, quick resume capture tool, good integration to our website, visually easy to follow, good candidate search tools and pipeline linkage between candidates and open requisitions. Cons I bit confusing to navigate through the custom fields tables and figure out where to go in order to create various custom fields. PC Recruiter allowed us to focus on recruiting and allowed the recruiters in our office to work in their own fashion. Cons Can be complicated. Sometimes we had to reach out to PC recruiter team to fully understand what could be done with the software. There are so many helpful features, and the potential this program has is incredible. It's just a matter of digging and practicing. Pros This software is quite dynamic and has a lot of features that exponentially facilitate recruitment processes. All in all, this program is easy to utilize and manage. Cons Lack of complimentary educational resources, such as webinars. Also the scarcity of video tutorials. There are plenty of written instructions and online help. However, for visual learners, video content would be very helpful. It's unfortunate that in order to receive visual training is so costly. Pros It has all of the features that we are looking for in an applicant tracking/CRM system. The customer service rep that was assigned to do our training was excellent. She spent all the time we need and followed up quickly on open items. The cost is also very affordable. Cons Navigation is a bit tricky and sometimes not as intuitive as we would like. There are some short cuts that appear to be missing. We do much of our work from roll-ups but it does not appear that everything can be done from the roll-ups which requires us going out to a function we want. Quick ramp for new Recruiters with very basic tools, reports, etc. Cons As easy as the product was to use, we found that PC Recruiter didn't integrate with our HRIS, ADP which became a show-stopper for us. The viewing and setup aren't user-friendly and could use some work. They make it difficult to edit things such as lists or "rollups" you create and the search function isn't ideal. I would like to have more flexibility when searching for candidates within the system. It would also be nice to have an easier way of reporting and matching candidates to open positions as well as seeing the activity in that position. Definitely, more account manager/sales driven. Pros The parsing or "capture" capability from LinkedIn is a nice feature as it will use the picture and put it in the system as well. Cons It is more company focus rather than candidate overall. This tool along with tracking of job orders and applicants has been paramount for a small executive search firm agency trying to compete on the world stage. Pros its ease of use for someone like me who has never used an ATS. Pros The loading speed of each & every page. The integrations with partnered companies, such as Ring Central, Outlook and website job board is truly remarkable. We have utilized Fleetware, TalentAPP and looked into Bullhorn. Ultimately, PCR was our choice because it's a solid and reliable software, i'd say you get a bang for your buck. Plus, the customer support team is outstanding and addressed all issues or concerns during our integration process. Cons I would say it takes time inputing new client companies to the system.
