I have been in my current in-house corporate role since November of 2011, supporting our North American enterprise as the sole Recruiting Manager. As of May of 2013, we have hired over 200 associates and I couldn't have done it without PCR. The product can be used for staffing and corporate recruiting as an ATS, as well as business development, sales, and marketing as a CRM. Also, I know first-hand how diligent their 24 hour Support Team is and how well they respond. As an Outlook user, I couldn't live without the Portal for Outlook integration feature--a game changer! The functionality was impressive. It was fully comprehensive with nicely color coded activities. It was mobile, , web / cloud based which is nice. Integrated with job board companies was also very easy to use. As a start up staffing agency it was more than what we wanted or needed. It has many features and functions that help us run our business effectively. The key is to use the tools, not just use it as an electronic rolodex. Pros We recently made the switch to PCRecruiter. I'm really new with the software and have been working in it for about a week now. I am already liking the capabilities of this system. The best feature is having social media tools and job boards integrated in this software. I love being able to view a bulk of activities & interviews at a time. The Help Center is very convenient as well. Love the two minute tutorials. This system is going to be great once we get everything customized exactly how we need it. Review Source BD Bob D. Reports have gotten better, support is available when you need it and overall customer service is excellent. Pros Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks inside the application. For example, I can screen assign a status, route to hiring managers and email a message to candidates with just afew key strokes. Cons Allows a candidate to apply without selecting a specific opening. There is a work-around, but there is the potential of missing a few candidates unless you create the work-around and check it consistently. Review Source BS Benjamin S. It has flow and flexibility that enables us to provide a high degree of customization while maintaining a core program. The menus are easy to navigate, and the options given are significant in that they allow each user to utilize what they want and for us to ensure that the users are capturing key data. Cons They're unable to provide customization beyond a certain level. In other words, some functions are hardcoded into the program and cannot be changed. Review Source MR Michael R. The software is back up by an excellent support from training to tech support and development. The teams seem to work well together and response quickly when you have and technical issue, need training or have a feature request. Pros E-mail client, Web extensions, true applicant tracking, increased security, customer service and customization of practically all fields. You can log in, and it will automatically tack a date and time to it, so you'll always know what's going on. You can link a driver to a position. It has roll ups which are groups you can group drivers to and enhance the already stellar search attributes this program has. Cons I wish there were less screens. I wish I didn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to save. Review Source RR Randall R. The various screens and options are intuitive and relevant. The support staff is easy to contact and very helpful. Bullhorn may have them now, yet the ability to have full reporting features (without extra costs), automated emails, roll up lists, scheduling events, rating systems, Outlook integration (without the extra costs) was amazing! Plus, the were excellent on contractual obligations, and very flexible. Cons Right now, as all tracking systems, it does feel like a challenge to get use to a brand new system and logic. Yet this is for most systems. It would be nice if their 1 user package was just a bit less expensive, though they did work with me on start up costs. Pros Does a lot of complex stuff for a fraction of the cost of the big ATS. Best Outlook integration. Strong data model. Probably fits your needs. 'Rollup List' concept innovative and useful. Pros We have used PCR since 1999 and have never exceeded its capacity to deliver what we need as a search firm. The web-based version allows tremendous flexibility for our team. Main Sequence Technologies listens to their customers and implements suggested changes. They do indeed call back when you leave them a message, and the software is very thorough and complete. I would not consider using anything else. I am an independent recruiter who has been using this system for six years now. When we have training questions, the attention to detail, patience and positivity is beyond reproach Overall, the entire package sets the bar.
