Before I was forced to use the product designed for MRI network and it was clumsy and lacking in features. PCR was the answer to ease of use and capability. I am able to tailor to exactly what I need and as I grow I can make any modifications as necessary. Cons There are features I have not needed to use yet. The program is very robust. For a small business it provides a reasonable capability to track and categorize candidates. Cons Poor customer service response. Tried to call early on, and did not receive a response.
