I like PCR now that I received more training. The only problem is that you cannot upload a file of resumes as fast.

Cons

It takes forever to upload a lot of resumes.

Our recruiting firm reviewed 4 software systems and this was our 2nd favorite. Some great features, including backend (payroll) functions, but ultimately went with another system.

Pros

Backend (payroll) functions--a great timesaver! Customizable dashboards, reports & web links. Post to FB & LinkedIn.

Cons

High $$ start-up fee; we would have to scan all our current documents (that we don't have electronically) to import into system. Resume "inhaler" then parses info into one of 3 subfolders. Too many steps.

Overall good. Would recommend. Inhaling resume can be a task and would make less tabs when searching for candidate.
