Nightly updates help to ensure system functions with most recent information. Cons Being misslead about automatic booking cancellations when we previously asked when shopping around for a new resident platform. I also like how our property managers, \[sensitive content hidden\] , set it up for us, so the cost is included in our PM fees making it a worthwhile investment. Cons I sometimes find that I do not receive the appropriate and necessary email updates when board tasks are created/updated. It has cut the time for me to engage almost in half. So much easier to find details as well. Pros The learning curve is relatively low. The product is fairly intuitive. All issues related to a service request or task are right at your finger tips and you can even upload supporting documents to help with things. As a board member of a self-managed condo property, it also makes managing resident's requests simple and that we're able to store important documents. Cons Some steps seem a bit cumbersome, for example when adding new users to a unit, and adding Emergency contacts for example.
