No real issues. Sometimes the app and online functions are different such as changing bookings is better online than on the app.

Pros

User friendly. Unit files are very clear and easy to edit. Loved the templates in announcements. Welcome emails draft are a catchy.

Cons

When you have a portfolio, when you send announcements, it doesnt clearly tell if your sending it right for that specific corporation

CCC is a big improvement over emails for recordkeeping because it allows access to the entire board and keeps track of outstanding issues. But there aren't good search features so that as time goes on it is more and more difficult to find records of past issues. Also the requirement to post a service request then go back in to add photos is cumbersome - you should be able to attach photos when creating the request.

Pros

It provides a communication platform for multiple categories of users to connect and access information. It is generally offered to client buildings free by property management and security companies.

Cons

The library function is very limited re size of documents permitted and the organization of documents. The reporting functions are awkward making it difficult to search for or organize issues that were the subject of complaints or incident reports. The summary reports don't show key information so the detailed reports need to be reviewed.

We are satisfied for now but with yhe automatic updates between and connect nightly, unit information gets updated missing digits.

Pros

Looks and functionality of the site. Easy to use platform for the resident's. Easy to reach out for help. Resident postings section is great. Nightly updates help to ensure system functions with most recent information.

Cons

Being misslead about automatic booking cancellations when we previously asked when shopping around for a new resident platform.

They need more hardware integrations, when we use buildinglink we had integration with our downstairs access control.

Pros

Accounting, notices, security, and budget distribution. Also, tasks are very helpful. The cc staff are helpful and resolve difficulties and support us whenever is an issue.

Cons

sometime having problem with that form and the way how it looks now black and white I like better with some colors

Cons

Lack of Parking search option. It is difficult to find vehicles based on the data.

The platform is user friendly and easy to navigate for staff and residents. Also, the user interface is great.

Cons

My only critique is that the announcement attachments redirected to another screen? I wish it were PDFs.

Pros

The ability to track documents, service requests, tasks, etc. The platform is easy to learn and navigate, and provides a lot of useful features as both a unit owner, and a board member. I also like how our property managers, \[sensitive content hidden\] , set it up for us, so the cost is included in our PM fees making it a worthwhile investment.

Cons

I sometimes find that I do not receive the appropriate and necessary email updates when board tasks are created/updated. I can mitigate this by simply logging in regularly, but sometimes updates need to be made asap.

As a MESA Condominium board member I love the task function! Because of this function we can vote on motions prior to our board meetings. The violation tracking is very helpful. The documents available to us is also an important feature. Wonderful portal!

Pros

It's easy to learn and I'm comfortable with the level of security. As a board member of a self-managed condo property, it also makes managing resident's requests simple and that we're able to store important documents.

Cons

Unable to use the calendar as we would like. We should be able to populate it with events which should then trigger notifications to all the residents.

i like being up todate with the things happening in the building. I dont get spam too my email either

Cons

There was a bug where the writing and the background of the app were both black and i could never read the writing on the postings.
