Prior to using this, there was no online method for housing our documents, sending announcements, or receiving service requests. Owners complained that requests were lost or lingered for excessive amounts of time. This provided the Board a way to respond directly and to work with the Property Manager to make sure that things were getting done! It took us from filing cabinets into the 21st century. Cons One of the challenges we had was getting everyone to use Condo Control. Even with offers to set it up for owners, many still preferred to make a call. Cons I sometimes find that I do not receive the appropriate and necessary email updates when board tasks are created/updated. Also good to be able to see history of a suite (amenity bookings, parcels received, violations etc) Cons There are some features where it would be nice as an administrator to do a select all and then update particularly if a predecessor has not kept up with closing service tickets or incident reports.
