The support staff are available and helpful any time we run into a question. It really has been worth every penny. Pros Condo Control has been a valuable tool for our community. Prior to using this, there was no online method for housing our documents, sending announcements, or receiving service requests. Owners complained that requests were lost or lingered for excessive amounts of time. This provided the Board a way to respond directly and to work with the Property Manager to make sure that things were getting done! It took us from filing cabinets into the 21st century. Cons One of the challenges we had was getting everyone to use Condo Control. Even with offers to set it up for owners, many still preferred to make a call. I can send an email/text to the whole community by sending to group. Look up packages and release them when picked up. Find residents emails or phone numbers. Pros I love using the app because it has all necessary community/tenant management in one place. There is a lot to learn because I find new things everyday when I use the app. Your information is secured and there is minimal personal data to be stolen. You can notify occupants of the arrival of their visitors/contractors, enter their cars, pets or bike information. With proper documentations from occupants and management, it will be easy to know who owns what. Notifications are easy by receiving emails or text when info goes out. You can address bugs & issues by contacting support and response time is immediate and edit where necessary by customizing fields which updates instantly. Of course there is always improvements to be made. I love that emails are sent for any updates. I would say that owning this app by the community is worth the money. If community can make use of the features, you can save manpower hours e.g. requesting amenities/services, entering guest, & updating personal info Cons You can not edit the courier once you hit send. Cons At some point there was an update that removed automatic paragraph spaces from announcement. Some workspaces have no paragraph spaces for service requests as well.
