Pros The versatility and intuitiveness. I also love the Announcements option, including the option to preview what it will look like, before posting. Cons Some steps seem a bit cumbersome, for example when adding new users to a unit, and adding Emergency contacts for example. For the most part, it satisfied our needs. Pros It's easy to learn and I'm comfortable with the level of security. As a board member of a self-managed condo property, it also makes managing resident's requests simple and that we're able to store important documents. Pros Ease of use and the huge amount of features that can be used to make all of our lives easier, especially with the mobile app Cons I wish I would’ve known about it earlier, but don’t have any improvements I can recommend. It keeps everything organized, and it makes it easy to stay updated and communicate when needed. Once you get used to where things are, it’s a smooth system to use day-to-day. Pros I like how easy it is to use. Everything is in one place, and it makes communication with management really simple. Submitting requests, checking updates, and getting notifications is straightforward and saves a lot of time. December 13, 2024 4.0 It has been great except report generation. Pros I like the UI and the setup of navigation is also user friendly. The security and concierge functionalities are also good and it has been designed keeping condos in mind. Cons The thing I like the least about Condo Control is generating reports. Sometimes, the report crashes and it says something along the lines of "this report does not contain any pages". Cannot unlink 2 different condos for some reason even though they show belonging to 2 different names. Pros App makes it very easy to access booking amenities. Can also see the announcements posted by the condo.
