Cons It is very slow and it requires a number of screens to get through to get to what you are looking for. When an email is sent to residents it usually takes 1-2 hours before it is received. The system is easy to get set up as a client, and you are able to have the information appropriated for either a tenant or landlord. And less paper waste. Cons I have had the software in my condo for 2 years and have had no negative experiences yet, just wish it was installed sooner for our condo.
