Cons The occasional hiccup when a staff member takes a break after midnight and the system tries to carry the shift to the next day. April 19, 2019 5.0 Before Tanda all my employees would simply text me their hours and at what job sites. We all know that isn't the most accurate way to keep track of hours. I can already tell I will be saving a lot of money having Tanda's easy time clock app. Pros The time-clock app makes it easy and accurate for my carpenters to clock in/out right on site with the click of a button. Its very simple to use and even my older employees caught on quickly. Cons So far nothing, the software has more to offer than I even need. Duty Manager Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Made rosters very easy for all staff" March 21, 2018 4.0 Pros How easy it is to use and that it tells me up to date budget. Easy for staff to ask for leave. No matter where you are you can see the roster Cons That you can not block out busy times so staff can not ask for leave. This then makes it hard to tell staff that they can not be on leave then. February 27, 2018 5.0 Pros How easy it is to use. Everything works exactly as it should do, and it takes no time at all to go in and sort timesheets or check who is in the office. I love that it takes pics when you use the clocking-in tablet so you can be extra certain that people don't check in on someone else's behalf. Cons It is definitely more suited to people who work shifts. It would be fab if there was an option when you set up a user to select either 'shift' or 'set hours' and then just put their hours in right from the start. Digital Imaging Specialist Medical Devices Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Good time tracking service with Great Potential" March 26, 2019 5.0 Previously we had issues geolocking our employees to logging into their time cards on site, Tanda solves this with its use of the iPads at our workplace that require our employees to log in from those devices. Tanda then seamlessly imports over our time cards to our payroll service so that we can easily track and pay employees without any workarounds. Pros Customer Service and ease of use, was easy to get set up and at a very affordable price. Cons User interface and menus sometimes felt cluttered and could use a clean up. a More streamlined and focused homepage specifically. And the ability to send employee's text messages is great. Cons Processing the time sheets is a little confusing, especially if employee has taken the day off. Also when you add in annual leave - it keeps the employee's shift. You need to go the roster and delete the shift ?? Pros This has been a challenge for me as I am almost 60 and have not used this type of a clock in system. Your staff has made this an enjoyable process and actually I am enjoying the whole system now. And when I have questions - Tanda folks are always there to help. GREAT JOB! Happy New Year! Another feature that is good about the program is that everything is auto saved. There is no need to save a roster once its drafted. Cons The software is very focused on weeks. July 3, 2018 5.0 Time saving Pros How easy it is to use and how quick it is to approve pays and get them across to Xero. My payroll process time has decreased significantly since implementing Tanda. Self explanatory website with no hidden or not required items that confuse a user. All my personnel thus far has not come with any complain of not understanding how to use the clock. Cons There is a few settings need to be used to higher extend. Limited options but I believe will be easy to fix if noticed by users. I love its user-friendly feel. Cons Tanda has just created an employee app. It needs a bit of work as you can only see your shifts and can not see your fellow employees. Book-keeper Hospitality Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "I like Tanda" October 16, 2018 4.0 I like that the program exports Staff details (through onboarding) and I just export the fortnightly timesheets and process the payroll . If I have any glitches it is quickly resolved through Livechat which is great. Pros I like that it makes payroll processing much easier, that the awards are loaded within Tanda and just import across into MYOB.
