"emr review "

**Overall:** I have been very happy with the program. I have been using them since 2014. The customer service has surpassed all my expectations.

**Pros:** The customer service is excellent and the program is user friendly

**Cons:** Sometimes I will get error messages and program freezes but not often

"Medical practice in Optometric setting."

**Overall:** The best product that I have used. Support is immediate & to the point.

**Pros:** Very intuitive & easy to implement. Like ability to bill exam during patient encounter & bill through clearinghouse.

**Cons:** Not fully integrated with Clearinghouse 835 importation & rectifying accounts receivables. Inability to (auto) link ROS with codes.

**Reasons for Choosing Liquid EHR:** Better

**Reasons for Switching to Liquid EHR:** Other product did not keep up with government restrictions (certification issues)
