Pros

Easy to use to submit hours. The design is nice. Sometimes I forget my password and they have always helped to respond fast.

Cons

I wish they had restart the hours after every year. It's hard to determine which hours were done when. Other than that it's been fine

The company has been extremely helpful and very willing to make sure everything is up to your standards.

Pros

Easy to use app for both admins and users. The users can quickly and easily add service hours with multiple ways to verify. The admins have a streamlined interface that allows for easy control.

Cons

It would be nice if there was an easier way to click through all the service hours documented, but other than that none really.

It is difficult to use in large systems (i.e. Greek systems) where not all organizations are using the software

MobileServe is super easy to use and convenient. My sorority uses it for attendance for numerous events and its such easier than taking role. it is also nice to be able to document service with pictures bc i easily forget about a lot of what i do

Cons

My only issue with MobileServe is how much space it takes up on my phone. When i get the alert for low storage, it is the first to go

We got ease of use and the fact that we don't have to use paper for volunteer hours saves time.

Pros

I like the ease of using this for volunteer hours for the whole sorority at once. We used to use paper and this is much better.

Cons

The only con is that some of the volunteer hours don't go through to the administrator but it looks like it goes through to the person, so we had some issues last semester.

Seeing a snapshot of the members and the service they are doing is great. I also love that it tells you how much that service is worth.

Pros

I like that the members are able to write what they did during their service hours and that is easily seen by me when I accept the hours.

Cons

The site isn't as fluid as I would like it to be. Getting to the dashboard to see the members hours could be easier.

Pros

Our museum is constantly planning and executing events both large and small scale. It became nearly impossible to coordinate volunteers solely via email. Eventually we realized that we were not only missing out on essential volunteer help, but our volunteers were also missing out on opportunities. MobileServe's software has made it incredibly easy to add users and send out invites with specific time slots. Plus, the kiosk sign in is perfect for our non-tech savvy volunteers who prefer to interact in person. It's a total package!

Cons

Sending out event invites to non-member volunteers can be a bit more difficult. It would be great to send invite links as a first step, and then encourage people to sign up.

Pros

The user friendliness and the great customer support.

Cons

I think it would be beneficial to have more in-depth reporting functions. While the infographics are great for sharing, more detailed internal reporting is needed at times.

Pros

a great tool for teaching Girl Scouts tracking methods for volunteer hours. Easy access and keeps me motivated to track my time.

Cons

Needs a way to build your group in so you don't have to type the same thing over and over.. also needs a few other options to choose from.

I am enjoying being able to actually see the impact I am making with my service hours! I can actually see how much I am giving to my community and it motivates me to do even more!

Cons

Signature can be a little touchy but works most of time. Occasionally I have to resign in but again it is not too big a deal.

Cons

It was confusing for many kids to get the proper setup with group number and approvals. Half my group did it wrong. The kids would have the app but not connected to my account so i would not see their hours for approval. There was no way for me to fix it or get their account attached unless I sent the student to the admin. I wish there were a better way to attach a user

We monitor service hours using this software in accordance to our national fraternity guidelines.

Pros

I like that I can attach a photo of me doing service. I also like the simple, attractive layout of the app, which makes it easier to use.

Cons

I don't like that I have to type in my supervisor email every time I do community service. I wish there was a "use last supervisor" button. There also should be some sort of way to confirm that my supervisor approved my hours. There also needs to be an Android app.

It is very simple to use. I LOVE the reporting opportunities. The support that I have received has been equally great.

Cons

The app seems to have an inconsistent functionality when using an iPhone. The ease of use is much better on Android devices, as reported by my mentors.

This product makes tracking service hours earned much easier than any other system. If we needed a certain report that wasn't available, customer service created it. The cost is absolutely worth it.

Pros

The customer service was outstanding. Creating our past hours and uploading everyone's information was very easy. It has streamlined a very tedious process to take much less time.

Cons

Some reports were hard to create. However, customer service has gone above and beyond to help.

I have not experienced anything I do not like about this software but if I could change anything it would be the format for creating an account. I would make it a little easier for new members.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and track service hours for my students. I can pull up the information quickly and grade it quickly.

Cons

I like it all . But sometimes the students have trouble uploading hours and getting signatures. It would be nice to clarify for students a link to click on take a picture while they serce and have the administrator sign on the picture and upload right away to their account.

It is efficient; I can use an application to easily mark my hours. It is also aesthetically pleasing; the design was clean and clear.

Cons

Initially, I was confused by what was a required field and what wasn't when logging my hours. It would be cool if each organization could customize their fill ins.
