We have become much more efficient and organized, which has allowed us to take on even more service projects. Our students enjoy using the MobileServe platform and have given consistently positive feedback. Pros MobileServe has a very user-friendly interface Cons There are many features available - it does take some time to become familiar with everything. I like when I received the email breaking down the percentage of hours for each category and organization. Cons Not much. It has to be the ability to create your own event. Pros I like that all the data for a group is centralized. We use this to track service hours for a fraternity and it makes tracking hours quite easy. I can edit when I need to change my hours. I can log hours ahead. I can look back at what days I worked and what hours I have logged. Cons It constantly jumps from one screen to another. Cons I don't like the software on my LG phone. Whenever I attempt to imput information, the page is reloaded to the top of the page and I must scroll down each time. August 31, 2017 5.0 Pros I love that MobileServe is super easy and quick to use. Tracking hours are easy and having your service resume at the tip of your fingers is amazing! Cons The only negative about mobile serve is that I wish mobileserve gave the opportunity to print your logged hours with the description because the service resume does cost money. August 10, 2017 3.0 To be honest, none. We had another program that was more user-friendly. Pros Students can see lots of events in one place. Other than that, I don't really like MobileServe that much. Cons I don't like that the person who is verifying a student's hours on a project, cannot adjust the time spent on the project(i.e. student puts down 6 hours but it was really 7). I don't like that anyone who signs up for mobileserve after an event has been posted cannot see it. A lot of my students had a lot of difficulty using the software this summer.
