I get to manage the service hours carried out by my fraternity brothers.

Pros

As the service director for my fraternity, Mobileserv is great for managing the test of my brothers' service hours and making sure they get done.

Cons

Sometimes, the app doesn't open up or work as well as I'd like it to, which becomes a real inconvenience.

I got to realize how much I helped out the community

Pros

Ease of use and the ability for the software to remind me what I have to do to submit hours. I don't use the service super often, so it's nice to have reminders.

Cons

It can take me a second to find everything I need to. A more straightforward interface would be nice.

An easy record-keeping of our students' service hours.

Pros

The app is easy to use and it is convenient on both a pc and an iPad. The app is attractive and the software is intuitive.

Cons

Our only struggle has been adding photos at the "correct" time so that they will display without having to redo the entire entry.

Pros

I am able to track my service hours directly on the app and able to see my progress right away. Great app

Cons

I get too many emails. When my leader adds all the events, I get an email every time. I am able to see this on the app so the emails are unnecessary.

It allows us to keep track of everyone's hours. There are many members in our organization so it is quite useful.

Cons

It mainly only tracks service hours. It would be great if it also tracked our fundraising/giving component of our organization too.

Volunteers seem to like it, is easy for them to navigate. Like ability to communicate with volunteer.

Cons

Wish we could ask more questions for the volunteersto answer. Multiple choice, yes/no, rating scale would all be nice

easy way to track students' service hours

Pros

Ease of use is amazing. Students were more savvy about using it than either myself or site supervisors. Ultimately it worked out.

Cons

There is some set up that needs to be put in place and I began this process \*after\* the semester had already begun, hence there was limited capacity to incorporate all the features, because I just didn't have time to do that work as well as manage class prep/lessons, etc.

Pros

I like how we do it manually on here, it's convenient and environment friendly compared to paper. I enjoy how we can insert the numbers and the dates and get a signature on the phone.

Cons

I think it's good as is. Maybe add more creative buttons. I can't see my friends on the timeline it would be cool to see pictures we post of doing community service.

It's easy to use and convenient. The software makes logging volunteer hours easy and makes it not feel like a pain to complete.

Cons

The contrast messages from customer support. They send a few a month it feels like and really annoys me when I know how to use the program.

It is easy to use and very organized. I liked that there were many options to verify that you did the activity listed.

Cons

Wish there were more types of activities allowed for comunity service. It was kind of hard to figure out at first wish there was like a guide.
